POSSIBILITY THAT THE PLASTIC ROLLER PISTON MAY DETACH FROM THE AXLE
It may be possible that the plastic roller piston detaches from the axle.
The screw connection of the plastic roller piston on all axles has to be retightened to the torque of 92Nm.

POSSIBILITY OF A MISSING BUSH FROM THE REAR BRAKE PEDAL PIVOT
Possibility of a missing bush from the rear brake pedal pivot.
Inspect and fit a new bush if required and repair any consequential damage to associated components.
THE AIR CONDITIONING DRAIN HOSE MAY BE INCORRECTLY INSTALLED
Condensation water from the air conditioning might enter the passenger compartment
Check the installation of the air conditioning drain hose and correct it if necessary.
VEHICLE MAY ROLL AWAY IF THE ELECTRONIC PARKING BRAKE IS NOT APPLIED WHEN SWITCHING OFF THE VEHICLE IN PARK.
Vehicle may roll away if the electronic park brake is not applied when switching off the vehicle in park
Update the software controlling the EPB so that it applies automatically when the car is switched off in Park
FUEL LEAKAGE OF THE HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP SYSTEM
Possible fuel leakage of the high pressure fuel pump system
Replace the high pressure pump and pipes
THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTER CABLE COULD SEPARATE
The transmission shifter cable could separate.
Replace the automatic transmission shifter cable
FUEL TANK STRAP BOLTS MAY NOT BE TIGHTENED TO SPECIFICATION
Vehicles may have fuel tank strap bolts that are not tightened according to specification.
Check and re-tighten the bolts of all affected vehicles.
THE SOLDER JOINTS ON THE PINS OF THE PLUG ON THE ENGINE CONTROL UNIT MAY NOT BE TO SPECIFICATION
The solder joints of the engine control unit may not have been carried out in accordance with the specification.
Replace the diesel injection system control unit.
WELD PENERTRATION ON LEFT LOWER CONTROL ARM MIGHT NOT MEET SPECIFICATION
The left-hand lower control arm may be fitted to vehicles where the weld penetration does not meet specification.
Inspect the left-hand lower control arm and replace if within the affected date range.

Remove the emblem and the emblem retainers
WIPERS MAY LEAD TO REDUCED ROAD VISIBILITY
The wiper arm may have been built with an incorrectly formed wiper arm head joint.
Tighten the wiper nuts to the required torque.
ERG COOLER SUSCEPTIBLE TO THERMAL FATIGUE
The Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) cooler may be susceptible to thermal fatigue.
Replace the EGR cooler with a new EGR cooler that is not susceptible to thermal fatigue. In the event the intake manifold is damaged the intake manifold will also be replaced.
THE DRIVER'S AIRBAG EMBLEM MAY HAVE BECOME LOOSE OR DETACHED
The driver�s airbag emblem may have become loose or detached.
Remove the emblem and the emblem retainers
WIPERS MAY LEAD TO REDUCED ROAD VISIBILITY
The wiper arm may have been built with an incorrectly formed wiper arm head joint.
Tighten the wiper nuts to the required torque.
RISK OF THE GAS GENERATOR CRACKING ON THE PASSENGER AIR BAG
Risk of the gas generator cracking on the passenger airbag causing a leak meaning the airbag may not display fully in an event of an accident.
Replace the passenger airbag as a preventive measure.
ELECTRO-CHEMICAL PROCESSES MAY CREATE CONDUCTIVE CONNECTIONS INSIDE THE ELECTRIC BUSBAR
Electro-chemical processes might create conductive connections inside the electric busbar.
Modify the busbar and install a separate electric line on the affected vehicles.
FRONT AIR BAGS MAY NOT DEPLOY WHEN REQUIRED
Front Air Bags may not deploy when required.
Update the Restrain Control Module (RCM) with the latest software
