THE COOLANT PUMP MIGHT HAVE A LEAKAGE BETWEEN THE VACUUM SYSTEM AND THE COOLANT CIRCUIT
On certain vehicles with an OM654 engine the coolant pump which is controlled by vacuum might have a leakage between the vacuum system and the coolant circuit.
Update the software of the coolant pump and replace the electrical switch valve on the affected vehicles.
THE SECOND ROW SEATS MAY NOT BE CORRECTLY ALIGNED AND LOCKED ON ALL SEAT RAILS
The 2nd row seats may not be correctly aligned and locked on all seat rails.
Check and re-set the relative 2nd row seat rail positions to ensure proper engagement of the seat rail runners.
THE RIVET USED TO RETAIN THE CURTAIN AIR BAG COULD BE INCORRECTLY FITTED
The rivet used to retain the curtain airbag in some vehicles could be incorrectly fitted.
Check if the curtain airbag is correctly retained by the rivet and if necessary refit the curtain airbag correctly.
THE FABRIC PROTECTIVE HOSE OF THE WIRING HARNESS OF THE FRONT SEATS CAN BE DAMAGED WHEN ADJUSTING THE SEAT IN THE LONGITUDINAL DIRECTION
There is a possibility that the fabric protective hose of the wiring harness of the front seats can be damaged when adjusting the seat in the longitudinal direction and subsequently be pulled into the drive spindle of the seat adjustment.
On affected vehicles check the wiring harness of the front seats rework with textile tape and repair if necessary.

Replace the airbag control unit on the affected vehicles.

The airbag control unit might not have been bolted according to specifications.
Check the bolting of the airbag control unit on the affected vehicles and correct it if necessary.
SOME ENGINE AND BODY GROUND CONNECTIONS MAY NOT BE SECURED TO SPECIFICATION
Some Engine and Body ground connections may not be secured to specification.
Check the ground connections and if necessary tighten them according to specifications.
CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY CONTAINS INCORRECT CO2 AND FUEL ECONOMY VALUES
The Certificate of Conformity (COC) paper contains the incorrect information.
Request customer to return old COC paper and issue new corrected COC paper.
CRANKSHAFT MIGHT NOT MEET REQUIRED SPECIFICATION
On certain vehicles with an OM654 classic diesel engine the crankshaft might not correspond with the required specification
