On affected vehicles the end pieces of the design trims installed on the left and right of the air conditioning system may tear and fall.
Remove the affected trim and replace at a later date when new improved parts are available
Analysis vehicle modification
On affected vehicles the software specification of safety-related systems and component groups may not have been in line with the standard condition at the time
On affected vehicles the system software will be checked and updated accordingly

ISOFIX fixing G60
On affected vehicles the rear seat ISOFIX bracket may have been damaged during the production process and may allow the seat to detach in the event of an accident
On affected vehicles the ISOFIX fixing will be inspected and if necessary replaced
Front Fork Caps Replacement
On affected motorcycles the threads on certain front fork caps may strip leading to a detachment of the cap from the fork outer tube A detached defective front fork cap from the outer leg will compromise the operation of the front suspension which potentially increases the risk of a crash
Replace the Fork Caps.

Turny 6-way
In the seat frame the two bolts holding the trapezoid screw in place may be missing. If the bolts are missing there is a risk that the 6-way base may unintendedly slide to its lowest possible position.
Inspect the seat frame and where identified install the missing bolts.

Transfer Board
The transfer board can cause wear of the occupant safety belt after some time of usage.
A protection tube for the safety belt will be issued to prevent wear.
Hopper Rear Door Cylinder Retainer
The pin securing the hydraulic rear door cylinder may fail and cause the door to drop to its vertical position.
The pin must be inspected to ensure that it is not seized or broken and a retaining bracket must be fitted as an extra precaution to reduce the risk of injury in the case of a pin failure.
Software Update for Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) Incomplete
Transit Custom vehicles may have received an incomplete software update or no update prior to leaving the plant. For vehicles affected by this concern and have received an incomplete software update the Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) will not function as designed. Customers will be presented with a yellow warning light in the vehicles cluster. For vehicles where no update was received there are no warning messages informing the customer that the ADAS system may not work as expected.

Peugeot 308 VIN label wrong rear axle data.
Affected vehicles may have been built with an incorrect rear axle weight value recorded on the Manufacturer VIN Label.
Check Manufacturer VIN Label rear axle weight and replace the label if necessary.
Checking high-voltage battery
Certain vehicles with a specific type of high-voltage battery may have cell modules with technical irregularities regarding their charging and discharging characteristics. This may lead to the high-voltage battery overheating potentially creating a risk of fire.
To minimise this risk temporarily do not charge the high-voltage battery above 80 percent capacity. The vehicle will be inspected and where necessary the individual cells within the high voltage battery will be replaced.

Remote Parking via Mobile App on Certain Toyota C-HR
Affected vehicles are equipped with an advanced park system which can be operated remotely by the driver when outside the vehicle using a smartphone application. There is a risk an error may occur in an Electronic Control Unit (ECU) when the finger movements on the smartphone application are stopped or the finger is removed within three seconds after the remote-control function is activated. If this occurs the shift range will be changed from Park to Drive or Reverse and the brakes will be released without any finger operation on the smartphone resulting in the vehicle creeping forward or backward which could increase the risk of a crash.
Reprogram the Clearance Sonar Electronic Control Unit (ECU) and Brake Electronic Control Unit (ECU) with modified software.
23S57 Kuga - Steering gear top plug potentially loose
The steering gear could potentially develop excessive movement. Over time a wear condition may manifest in an audible noise increased steering efforts and the steering wheel not returning to the centre position. In rare circumstances if the issue of noise increased steering efforts and the steering wheel not returning to the centre position are not addressed the excessive movement in the steering gear may lead to the pinion shaft becoming disconnected from the steering rack.
Replace affected components.
