AJ20-D6 Fuel Injector Clamp Cracked
A concern has been identified where the clamps used to secure the fuel injectors into the cylinder head on certain AJ20-D6 engines may crack allowing the injector to come loose. This loose injector could become unseated allowing fuel to be pushed past the injector seal from the combustion chamber or the fuel feed system.
A fuel leak in this area could result in fuel spill onto hot engine components which may result in a fire.

24S16 - Kuga - PCM Programming and Drain Tube Installation
A small number of vehicles on which the fuel injectors may crack and leak. In the event of an injector failing this may result in fuel accumulating on the top of the engine. The accumulation of fuel could become the catalyst for a fire due to the proximity to the exhaust system and lack of an escape route for the leaking fuel.
The dealer will fit a specially developed drain tube which will safely drain any leaking fuel away from hot surfaces like the cylinder head or exhaust. Also the vehicle software will be updated which will allow any drop in fuel pressure to be detected. This software will reduce the power of the engine if a drop in fuel pressure is detected and a warning light will be illuminated in the instrument cluster.

The right-hand tailgate and body mounted lamps will be replaced
I-PACE High Voltage battery loose busbar fixings
On affected vehicles the fasteners for the battery module to module electrical connecting busbars may not be sufficiently secure.
The busbar fixings will be inspected and as required new components installed.
ARA1 Replacing front right wheel carrier
There is a possibility that a wheel carrier that does not meet the required specifications was installed on the right front axle of the affected vehicles during repairs at the Porsche Centre due to a temporary production error.
To prevent any possible danger resulting from this the front right wheel carrier must be replaced.

Kubota M6 Tractor front axle recall
An issue with the front axle of certain Kubota M6 tractors has been identified whereby quenching cracks formed during manufacture of the axles may cause the axle to break during normal operation of the tractor. This may cause the front wheel(s) to detach and/or significantly affect steering.
Check axle stamp. If necessary replace both front axles.

Replacing the Driver’s Airbag PSDI-5
On affected vehicles a possible degradation due to age of the propellant tablets may lead to over aggressive combustion if the air bag is activated and cause the inflator body to rupture.
On the affected vehicles the drivers air bag will be replaced.
Engine Management Calibration
On affected motorcycles in conditions of high ambient temperature and slow-moving traffic the radiator fan may surpass its maximum operating temperature resulting in fan motor failure. Ignoring the warning light on the instrument panel and continuing to ride at low speeds may potentially cause coolant displacement.
Install modified engine software.
