Juke (F16) Right Hand Rear Door
On affected vehicles the right-hand rear door welds may be out of specification. The door may rattle and a side impact may increase the risk of deformation. In the extreme impact could cause the hinge to fail and the door to open.
Replace the rear right-hand door.
PHEV Traction Battery Busbar Weld Penetration
For the affected vehicle a concern has been identified where the there is an inadequate depth of weld (penetration) between the busbar and the anode in the module of the Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) battery.
Replacement of the traction battery.
Handbrake Valve Wrong Spring
Park Brake Valve (PBV) may fail during vehicle operation causing the Park Brake to activate
Replace faulty park brake valve.

Replace faulty park brake valve.
ECU cable to daytime running light Chaffing
ECU cable to daytime running light chaffing that may cause the daytime running lights to stop working
Inspect and replace if required
SRPC2405 - Bolting of 48V ground connection
On affected vehicles the 48V ground connection under the passenger seat might have come loose.
Check the bolting of the ground connection and correct it if necessary.

Check the bolting of the ground connection and correct it if necessary.
24S22 – Transit Rear Brake Line Inspection
The wrong brake line hose may have been installed on the right rear. The longer brake line could create a touch condition with the rear wheel which could in turn cause a brake fluid leak. In the event of a leak you may notice a soft brake pedal feel and a red warning light will illuminate in the cluster. The brake system has two separate diagonal brake line circuits and in the event of one brake line circuit failure the vehicle is able to stop with the functionality of the secondary brake circuit. If the brake lines on both sides were to fail it may lead to a loss of brake function.
Inspect and replace with correct hose.
23S67 – Ranger Platinum Child Lock
Ranger Platinum vehicles where the electronic child lock system may show as engaged on the orange light on the window switch pack on the door trim but the rear doors could be opened from the interior door release handle. A Child Lock Malfunction message in the cluster or a warning flash on the activation button may or may not illuminate.
Modification to system wiring and system reset.
Product recall V-Trec brake leverAprilia Shiver 750/900 and Dorsoduro 750/900
In extreme heat insufficient free travel can cause the brake lever and brake pump to expand.
Replace the brake lever adapter with a revised version.
SRPC2406 - Routing of transmission wiring harness
On affected vehicles the routing of the transmission wiring harness might not meet specifications. The distance of the wiring harness to the drive shaft might be too small causing it to chafe.
Check the routing of the transmission wiring harness and rework it if necessary.
Check suspension strut replace if necessary
On affected vehicles due to a manufacturing defect the proportional valve in the suspension strut may loosen over the course of the service life. This can result in a loss of the damping function
On all affected vehicles check suspension strut and replace if necessary
Standard lockable bar
The Standard Lockable bar have 9 feet (screws) in the bar which are screwed in by a robot arm and then ‘swaged’ over in a press so that they cannot be undone. The ‘swaged’ process was not carried out correctly for some of the parts manufactured and so the screws could be undone by hand.
Install the replacement SL Lockable Seat Fixtures.

Inspection of Kingpin Bolted Connection F329
In the case of tipper semi-trailers (S.KI) from a limited production period the bolted connection of the kingpin may not correspond to the prescribed torque. In extreme cases this can result in the tipper semi-trailer becoming separated from the tractor unit.
To avoid damage it is necessary that the kingpin bolts be inspected and if necessary retightened by an authorised Schmitz Cargobull service partner.
Transit and Tourneo Courier Infotainment Software Update
A number of Transit and Tourneo Courier vehicles have been identified where the warning chimes may not be operating as intended the chimes may not be audible which does not meet ECE regulation. For vehicles affected by this concern the overall functionality of the vehicle is not affected but some warning chimes may fail to sound including but not limited to intelligent speed assist forward & reverse park aid active cruise control collision warning lane departure & keeping warnings park brake seat belt minder.

Transit Courier: Wiring Loom to Steering Column Potential Touch Condition
Affected vehicles may have a touch condition between the dash panel wiring and the steering i-shaft. This may lead to damage of the wiring harness which can cause several issues depending on which wire is affected. Potential issues include loss of exterior lighting loss of tyre pressure monitoring system doors might show up as closed despite not being closed and other possible failure modes.
Inspect and resecure if required
I-PACE Traction Battery Thermal Overload - Elevated Risk
On affected vehicles the traction battery packs which contain cells manufactured on or before 31 May 2018 are exposed to multiple technical issues that have shown to contribute to an elevated risk of thermal overload.
The traction battery pack will be replaced with a new pack or the vehicle will be re-acquired from the customer.
24S23 - Transit Skeletal Chassis Inspection
While monitoring vehicles in operation we have become aware of a number of Transit Chassis vehicles may have damage to a section of the vehicle’s chassis. The chassis is the structural element of the vehicle.
Inspect and replace vehicle if required possible reworking.
SRL240201 - STABI-ACHS Retighten Stablizer Link Bearing cap screws on trailing axle
On certain vehicles the lock-up value of the torque on one of the four screws on the stabilizer of the trailing axle which amplifies the effect of the stabilizer link installed as standard on back-heavy vehicles may be undershot.
Check and correct the lock-up value of the tightening torque of the screw on the stabilizer of the trailing axle as a precautionary measure.
