On affected swivel bases the safety guards which limit movement of the seat and swivel base in the event of a collision may not have been fitted.
Fit the safety guards to the affected swivel bases.
B-Pillar Reinforcement
On affected vehicles the weld points of a reinforcement in the right B-pillar may not correspond to the specifications. In this case the reinforcement in the B-pillar may work loose over time and fail to transmit the belt forces to the B-pillar as intended. This would increase the risk of injury in the event of an accident.
Rework the B-Pillar on the affected vehicles if necessary.
Vauxhall Astra L E-call not working due to duplicate IMEI
On affected vehicles equipped with E-call the device may not function when trying to connect to E-Call (Emergency Call) and B-Call (Breakdown Call) due to incorrect BSRF (On-board radiocommunication transmitter) configuration and as a result does not comply with regulatory requirements.
Check and replace the Radio frequency connectivity box.

Fallback Level Brake Force Assistance
On certain Mercedes eSprinter (907 model) vehicles the fallback level of the brake force assist function might not meet intended force requirements. As a result the required brake pedal application forces would be considerably increased compared to the intended fallback-level.
Update the software of the ESP control unit.
Incorrect tyre size data on Certificate of Conformity (CoC)
Affected vehicles may display incorrect tyre size information on the Certificate of Conformity (CoC).
The CoC must be replaced.

Checking hydraulic unit
On affected vehicles the Electronic Stabilisation Control (ESC) unit may fail resulting in the loss of braking effort it may also affect the operation of the ESC and Anti Lock Braking System (ABS). If Red brake fault warning is displayed safely stop the vehicle immediately the Electronic Parking brake (EPB) can always be used to stop the vehicle if required and do not use vehicle until obtained further advice from the manufacturer.
On affected vehicles the Electronic Stabilisation Control (ESC) unit will be checked and replaced if necessary.

Checking high-voltage battery
Deviations to various important parameters were discovered on the affected battery modules. These may result in the affected battery modules becoming defective over the course of the vehicle’s service life. In turn this represents a fire hazard with the associated risk of severe or fatal injuries to people inside and/or outside the vehicle as well as significant material damage.
Check and if necessary replace individual modules of the high-voltage battery. To minimise this risk the manufacturer advises that you limit the charging target to 80 percent capacity until the inspection has been carried out. This significantly reduces the load on the battery during charging. You can adjust this setting in the Charging target menu in the MMI or in the ’myAudi’ app. As this setting may change during vehicle use the current value must always be checked prior to charging the vehicle and set to a maximum of 80 percent if necessary. Additionally until the inspection has been completed the manufacturer advises not to charge the vehicle under cover and or to ensure the vehicle is not parked adjacent to or under buildings.
TGS TGX: Retighten the hex lock nut of the drag link renew the drop arm and drag link if necessary
On certain vehicles the lock nut of the screw connection between the drag link and the drop arm may not be tightened with the correct torque.
Check the bolt connection between the drop arm and drag link. Renew the drop arm and drag link if necessary.
Backrest bolted connection
On VW ID.4 and ID.7 vehicles of a limited production period the bolted connection of the front seats between backrest and seat pan may be incorrect. The restraint effect of the seat may be insufficient in the event of an accident. There is therefore an increased risk for occupants.
On affected vehicles the bolts on both front seat backrests must be replaced.
24C10 - Transit Custom - Power Steering Control Module (PSCM) software update
Transit Custom vehicles that might have been loaded with the incorrect software for the Power Steering Control Module (PSCM) during the manufacturing process. Having the incorrect software could lead to the Lane Change Warning Assist (LCWA) to not work as intended.
