Check Driver’s Airbag for Conversion Takata SDI & PSDI-5
Affected vehicles may have had a retrofit or conversion of the airbag using a previously recalled airbag variant which if deployed may do so with excessive force causing sharp metal fragments to be released this may cause serious injury possibly fatal to people in the vicinity. The original factory fitment airbag for the vehicle is not affected.

TB2024-0010 Caravan Chassis Torque – Rework Campaign
The manufacturer has identified an irregularity with the calibration of the torque gun used to tighten the caravan chassis fixings during construction. This affects caravans built between 12th August 2024 and 3rd October 2024.
Recheck and where necessary tighten chassis fixings with a correctly calibrated torque tool. The Manufacturer will contact all registered owners and undertake the rework on their vehicles at their home address or place of storage.

Incorrect Rear Coil Springs Installed on Certain Toyota Proace and Proace Verso
On affected vehicles incorrect specification rear coil springs may have been installed.
Carry out check and replace coil springs if required.

SRPC2415 - Sealing Ring of Exhaust Manifold
On affected vehicles the sealing ring between the exhaust manifold and turbocharger might be missing.
Retrofit the sealing ring on the affected vehicles.
Replace battery module
Some individual cell modules of the high-voltage battery may display technical irregularities. It cannot be ruled out that the battery may overheat under certain circumstances with risk of fire and damage to persons or property.
Vehicles affected by this should also not be charged above 80% until further notice. Affected cell modules must be replaced during a workshop visit. The corresponding battery module must be replaced on the vehicles affected.

On affected vehicles production issues may have occurred at the battery cell / module supplier. A short circuit within the battery modules leading to thermal events and fires cannot be ruled out.
Replace the affected battery module on the high-volt battery.
Softail Brake Line Routing
The front brake lines may contact the fuel tank due to unintended bending of the brake lines during assembly. Contact between the brake lines and the fuel tank could over time lead to a breach in a brake line and a loss of brake fluid.
Inspect affected machines and if required replace bent brake lines. In some cases a repair or replacement of the fuel tank may also be necessary.

On affected vehicles there is mismatch of details between the Vehicle Identification (VIN) Label Certificate of Conformity (CoC) and vehicle registration documents with regards to towing.
Replace the VIN label exchange the CoC papers and help with updating registration documentation if required.
24B64 - Transit Skeletal Chassis Inspection
On affected vehicles there may be damage to a section of the vehicle’s chassis.
Check the vehicle chassis and if found with a defect in the areas shown the manufacturer will buy back the vehicle.
Engine Output – Potential Loss of Drive Power
On affected vehicles the output shaft installed may be exposed to stress concentration that could cause fatigue failure. Over time the output shaft may break resulting in a loss of drive power while driving. This can increase the risk of a crash.
Replace output shaft.
Loose Motor Controller Unit (MCU) Cables
On certain vehicles the high voltage cables on the Motor Controller Unit (MCU) can become loose.
Inspection of motor controller unit and its components for signs of electrical arc cable misalignment cross-threaded fasteners and general damage/wear.
