2nd Row Seat Bolts
Volvo Cars investigations have identified that there is a potential risk that one or more of the fixation bolts for the 2nd row seats may have been torqued incorrectly at the factory. In the event of an impact this may increase the risk of injury.
Volvo retailer will inspect and if necessary re-torque all fixation bolts for the 2nd row seats.
Low Pressure Fuel Line Connection
On affected vehicles a low-pressure fuel line may not have been secured to the correct specification.
Affected vehicles will have the low-pressure fuel line removed and reinstalled to the correct torque specification.
Vauxhall Movano B Fuel Pipe
On affected vehicles the fuel pipe may chafe as a result of being in contact with the engine harness.
On the affected vehicles check the fuel pipe and if necessary replace the pipe in addition a spacer will be fitted to avoid any risk of chafing.
Fiat 600 MHEV and BEV. Front camera
Affected vehicles are fitted with a front camera with an incorrect hardware ID which causes an error code within the car system. Once an error code is set and recorded the camera is always in fault mode whenever it is switched on. This will result in the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) remaining inactive. This inactive status is a nonconformity with regulatory requirements.
Replace the front camera.
Fiat Ducato may have been fitted with the incorrect radio
Affected vehicles may have been fitted with the incorrect radio. The radio fitted does not have rear view camera functionality and therefore may not comply with regulatory requirements.
Replace the radio.
SRPC2416 – Lambda Control
The manufacturer has determined on affected vehicles with 8-cylinder gasoline engine the lambda control in the software of the engine control unit might not meet specifications.
Update the software of the engine control unit.
EMS Software Bug on M33B release
Last EMS/ACM SW release introduced a bug in the Regeneration Management system on some B8R and B5LH/TL vehicles. This bug increases the AHI flow at start of regeneration resulting in too much fuel being injected into the muffler. As a consequence there is a risk of very high temperatures inside the muffler with a risk of a thermal event.
Volvo retailer will Reprogram the affected ECUs.

Affected vehicles have been equipped with a front camera with an incorrect hardware level ID causing an error code within the car system resulting in ADSA system remaining inactive.
Replace the front camera.

On affected vehicles they may have been supplied with incorrect software in the Traction Battery Management Unit TBMU that can lead to a non-compliance with regulatory requirements.

48V Harness Clash with Cross Brace
On affected vehicles the 48V cable could become too close to an underbody cross-brace and rub against the metal cross-brace exposing the cable core resulting in a short circuit and risk of fire.
Inspect harness and as needed reposition the routing bracket as necessary.

On affected vehicles the screw connection for the luggage lashing rails may not withstand the forces in situations of a rear end impact. This may result in the lashing rail to not crumple as expected in these situations.
