Kia Sportage Vacuum Pump Recall
The vacuum pump drive gear may be damaged by a mechanical failure caused by high acceleration torque during the engine starting phase. If the pump fails an increase of the brake pedal force may be experienced while driving.
Complete a software update of the engine ECU. The ECU upgrade reduces the initial load caused by the Mild Hybrid Starter Generator during engine startup (cranking acceleration).
Seat fixations are not according to specification on certain Toyota Proace and Proace Verso
On affected vehicles the front and/or rear seat fixing points may have a reduced strength due to the thread of the fixing nut not being of the correct specification.
The fixings will be reworked with new nuts and bolts fitted.

Hilux Occupant Classification System calibration
For certain vehicles there is a possibility that the zero-point calibration of the Occupant Classification System (OCS) that provides input to the Supplemental Restraint System is incorrect.
Calibrate the Occupant Classification System (OCS).
Skid control ECU Reprogramming
On affected vehicles when the brake pedal is applied during cornering the driver may temporarily experience a hard brake pedal with reduced braking force causing the brake stopping distance to be more than expected. This may result in an increased risk of a crash.
Install modified software to Skid Control Electronic Control Unit.
Revuelto Engine Oil Lines
On affected vehicles the screws on the oil circuit connection flange from radiator to the oil tank may not have been properly torqued.
Check the tightening of the flange screws and rework if necessary.
Peugeot 508 Selective Catalytic Reduction - diagnosis issues
On affected vehicles the Engine Control Unit (ECU) software is not according to specification.
Upload modified software to the ECU.
Vauxhall Mokka Front Tyres Damaged
On affected vehicles the front tyres may have been damaged in the production process.
Check the front tyres and change if necessary.

Update vehicle software to correct TPMS behaviour
On affected vehicles upon detection of a malfunction with the tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS) the TPMS tell tale does not persist between drive cycles where the vehicle is off or asleep between the drive cycles. Therefore the driver may not be adequately warned of potential under-inflation of the tyres increasing the risk of a collision.
Install modified software via an Over the Air (OTA) wireless update.

VECU SOFTWARE UPDATE
On affected vehicles the accelerator pedal calibration is not working correctly which can cause the vehicle to accelerate at brake pedal release when selecting drive or reverse.
Update the accelerator pedal software.
REAR AXLE STUB AXLE CHECK
On affected vehicles the rear stub axle material is not compliant to hardness specification. There is a risk the stub axle could break while driving.
Check the stub axle for cracks and replace if necessary.
