Check and replace the HVAC blower motor if necessary.
MAN TGS TGX Bus/Coach Bus /Coach Chassis with EURO6 C Engine – Renew Oil Filter Lid.
On affected vehicles the oil filter lid may be made from unstable material. This may enable unfiltered oil to enter into the clean oil side of the engine. This can lead to risk of a thermal event.
The oil filter lid will be replaced.

SRC250624 – Check update software for the vehicle control unit (SSAM) RC2501
On affected vehicles the frequency and synchronization tests of the control unit (SSAM) are overly sensitive this may cause the SSAM to reset unexpectedly. If such a fault occurs while the vehicle is in operation it could result in the failure of critical systems such as the headlights taillights turn indicators position lights licence plate lights and windscreen wipers.
Update vehicle control unit (SSAM) software.
SRL250605 – Replace rear right and left side trim on fender RD-LA-BLE
The rear wheel arch panel of the wheel arch cover on the front axle may not be fully engaged on Actros 963 vehicles. Due to incorrectly executed geometry by the supplier three out of five clips of the wheel arch panel could come loose. As a consequence the remaining correctly executed mounting clips and the lower screw point may fail and the wheel arch panel may detach completely from the vehicle and fall off. This may increase the risk of an accident for the following traffic.
As part of the recall campaign the wheel arch panels must be replaced on the potentially affected vehicles.
SRL250603 – Replace right air suspension support on the front axle – GEWIK09T
Daimler Truck AG was informed that the thread flanks of the right mounting support of the 9 t front axle bolted to the axle housing on Actros 963 and eActros 983 vehicles are not sufficiently formed. As a consequence the threaded connection of the right mounting support to the axle housing is not permanently ensured.
Replacement of mounting support.
Front belt webbing
On Golf vehicles of a limited production period belt systems were fitted to front passenger seat that may not have been correctly attached to the anchoring point near the lower B pillar.
The anchoring point of the belt system on the front passenger seat is inspected and dependant on results seat belt may need replacing.
Passenger Airbag
On affected vehicles there is a risk in the event of an accident that if the passenger airbag is activated the protective effect of the airbag may be reduced and the gas generator cover may rupture resulting in serious or fatal injuries.
Replace the passenger airbag. Whilst waiting for repair vehicle owners are advised to deactivate the passenger airbag according to the owner's manual and not to use the passenger seat during this time.

ASA6 - Check the air suspension strut on the front axle and rework if necessary
There is a possibility that a locking ring on the air-spring strut at the front left and right was not fitted according to specifications on the affected vehicles. If this is the case the locking ring on the upper side of the respective spring strut can loosen and air can thus escape from the air spring. As a result the driving characteristics may be impaired which increases the risk of an accident.
The locking ring on the air-spring strut at the front left and right must be checked and reworked depending on the test result

24B36 Transit - Chassis Inspection
Ford constantly monitors production processes and vehicles in operation. While monitoring vehicles in operation we have become aware of a number of Transit Chassis vehicles which may require a strengthening plate to be fitted to the vehicle’s chassis. The strengthening plate is precautionary and will provide additional strength and durability for the life of the vehicle.
The Ford dealer will visually inspect the affected chassis section for any initial damage and will install a reinforcement plate to prevent any potential future deformation.
25S54 Kuga S-Max and Galaxy - Powertrain Control Module (PCM) Software Update
Certain Kuga S-Max and Galaxy vehicles equipped with a 2.5L HEV/PHEV Engine may not have the remedy for Safety Recall 23S27 installed correctly but were recorded as having received the repair successfully. Because the correct software update may not have been installed on these vehicles the underlying condition specified in Safety Recall 23S27 potential under hood fire may still exist.
Dealers are to update the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) software.
