PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD MAY OVERHEAT
The printed circuit in the power supply unit may overheat.
On affected vehicles replace the power supply unit with an unaffected version
CURTAIN AIRBAG CYLINDER MAY CORRODE LEADING TO POSSIBLE REAR PASSENGER INJURY
If the water drain in the area of the panoramic sunroof is not functioning properly water can seep into the vehicles headliner. If sufficient water accumulates the foam adjacent to the pressure cylinder of the curtain airbag can become wet and cause the pressure cylinder to corrode. The corrosion can weaken the cylinder causing sudden pressure release possibly with fragments.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to check for water seepage and the drainage is correct from the panoramic sunroof area. Check the pressure cylinders for corrosion treat with anti-corrosion wax or replace as necessary. Remove foam which is next to the pressure cylinder.
FRONT DRIVER SIDE AIR BAG INFLATOR HOUSING MAY RUPTURE
In the event of a crash necessitating deployment of the driver side frontal airbag the front driver side air bag inflator housing may rupture and deploy the airbag abnormally. An inflator rupture could also result in metal fragments striking the driver or other occupants resulting in serious injury or death.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and fit a revised Airbag Inflator into all affected vehicles.

OUTER SKIN OF REAR SPOILER AND BONNET MAY DETACH
Operations 1) or 2) or operations 1) and 2) could be required: 1) The upper part of the bonnet (the bonnet skin) may detach from the rest of the bonnet due to poor adhesive being applied at the factory and deterioration over time. There would be no obvious signs to the customer. 2) The outer part (skin) of the rear spoiler may detach from the vehicle and /or the pins on the glass tailgate. There would be no warning to the customer.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and add re-enforcement to the spoiler and/or bonnet or both as required.
OUTER SKIN OF REAR SPOILER MAY DETACH
The outer part (skin) of the rear spoiler may detach from the vehicle and /or the pins on the glass tailgate. There would be no warning to the customer. However the possibility of detachment is increased due to the use of car washes.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and fit additional re-enforcement to the spoiler and bonnet.
STEERING WHEEL MAY BE ADJUSTED WHILST DRIVING
The driver can adjust the steering wheel position while the vehicle is in motion. The vehicle may become difficult to control if the driver was to adjust the steering position while driving.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and fit an Interlock device so adjustment can only be made while the handbrake is applied.

Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and fit an Interlock device so adjustment can only be made while the handbrake is applied.
STEERING MAY FAIL
It has been identified that the material used to manufacturer the Pitman arm from is not to the correct specification. This can cause wear of the arm and lead to possible detachment of the drag link which could lead to loss of control of the vehicle.
Recall all vehicles for the replacement of the pitman arm with a new quality enhanced item.
ECU SOFTWARE MALFUNCTION COULD CAUSE STALLING
Due to a software issue some motocross machines may stall under certain conditions.
Affecetd machines will be recalled the ECU removed and sent for updating.
CHARGER MAY BE INCORRECTLY WIRED
When charging the battery externally from the vehicle there is a possibility that the earth provision for some sides of charger enclosure may not function. This is due to the anodising and bonding of the charger enclosure not being sufficiently conductive. For the unit to be affected the hot AC wire must detach and contact a part of the charger enclosure that does not have effective earth provision. If the above situation occurs the user could be subject to an electric shock.
A power supply cable with Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter will be supplied for all affected charger units.
PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD MAY OVERHEAT
The printed circuit in the power supply unit may overheat.
On affected vehicles replace the power supply unit with an unaffected version
PASSENGR SEAT BELT LOCKING RETRACTOR MAY NOT FUNCTION CORRECTLY
The Emergency Locking Retractor in the front passenger safety belt assembly may not function correctly. The Emergency Locking Retractors are equipped with a vehicle-sensitive locking mechanism and a webbing-sensitive locking mechanism. The vehicle-sensitive locking mechanism may not lock as designed. In the event of a pre-crash brake event where the passenger airbag deploys front passenger seat forward facing child seat occupants may sustain more severe injuries.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace the left hand front seat belt assembly.
SUSPENSION MAY FAIL
If the machine is intensively used off road there is a potential for the shock-end eyelet on the rear shock absorber to fail.
Recall the machines that are likely to be affected and replace the rear shock absorber with a redesigned unit.

COOLANT PUMP MAY OVERHEAT
Foreign particles in the engine coolant can lead to a blockage in the additional coolant pump and cause the pump to overheat.Foreign particles in the coolant can lead to a blockage in the additional coolant pump and cause the pump to overheat.
Recall the machines that are likely to be affected and update the software which will deactivate the additional coolant pump in the event of malfunction. If there has been a malfunction of the additional water pump it will be replaced.

FRONT PASSENGER AIRBAG MAY NOT DEPLOY
The front passenger airbag may not function properly due to a deviation in generant mix ratio. In the event of a crash of sufficient severity the front passenger airbag may not deploy when required. Failure to deploy can lead to increased injuries to the passenger seat occupant.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace the front passenger airbag.

SUPPLEMENTARY RESTARINT SYSTEM MAY NOT ACT AS INTENDED.
In certain circumstances the Airbag Control Unit (ACU) may not be correctly configured. This may cause the Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) not to perform as intended in the event of an accident.
On affected vehicles reprogram with latest ACU software

AXLE BRACKET MAY DETACH
The threaded connection of the axle stop bracket on the rear axle may not have been tightened to specification. As a result the threaded connection could work loose and allow the bracket to fall on the roadway which can increase the risk of a collision.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to check the tightness of the threaded connection. If loose the threaded connection will be replaced and tightened to specification.
