SUPPLEMENTARY HEATER WIRING MAY BECOME DAMAGED AND CAUSE AN ELECTRICAL SHORT-CIRCUIT
On some Fiat 500L vehicles a layout non-conformity could cause abrasion of the supplementary heater (PTC) wiring. This could result in possible electric short-circuiting with the possibility of a loss of some vehicle safety. In the worst case it could cause a vehicle fire..
Apply a cut-proof sheath on the supplementary heater wiring to protect it from abrasions.
WINDSHIELD MAY NOT BE INSTALLED CORRECTLY
The windscreen may not be correctly sealed in the upper middle area which may allow water to enter the cabin area.
On affected vehicles check installation of windscreen and if necessary re-install.
DEFECTIVE REAR WHEEL RIM CAN ALLOW SPOKES TO LOOSEN AND CAUSE THE WHEEL TO FAIL
A potentially defective rear wheel rim has been installed on some motorcycles. The rear wheel rim has spokes that may become loose and eventually cause the wheel to fail. If the spokes are loose or become loose the wheel may react abnormally causing the motorcycle to wobble when ridden thus increasing the nsk of an accident.
Recall the seven possibly affected machines and replace the rear wheel rim.
WHEEL BEARING RETAINER MAY BE INSECURE
Brake drum DRM9926 for Vauxhall Corsa (BATCH CODE 181116C) The circlip that holds the bearing in may not be inserted correctly this would allow the bearing to become loose. This could allow the wheel to detach.
Replace the brake drum/bearing assembly with a correctly manufactured version.
ANTI-SPILL VALVE FLAP MAY FAIL TO PREVENT FUEL BACK-FLOW
The fuel cap seal effectiveness may be compromised by the flap retention spring and fuel may leak in the event of a vehicle rolling over.
Depending on assembly carry out modifications to the sealing arrangement as specified by the manufacturer.
REPLACE AIRBAG INFLATORS CHECKED BUT NOT REPLACED UNDER PREVIOUS RECALL R/2015/093
The air bag inflators on affected vehicles were previously checked and deemed to be serviceable. As a precautionary measure the manufacturer has decided to replace them with new assemblies.

DOOR MIRROR DIRECTION INDICATOR MAY NOT OPERATE
The door mirror indicator repeater may not operate as intended when the heated rear screen is switched on.
On affected vehicles inspect wiring and where necessaary rework the indicator connnections.

ELECTRONIC STABILITY PROGRAM (ESP) MAY MALFUNCTION
Affected vehicles will have the manufacturer's DISTRONIC PLUS system fitted. In the event communication between this system and the ESP is lost the systems responses such as engine torque may be adversely affected for the period of the communication loss.. The braking system will not be affected though more effort may be required.
On affected vehicles update the ESP software.

BACKREST FRAME OF DRIVER AND PASSENGER SEATS MAY BE WELDED INCORRECTLY
The backrest frame of driver and passenger seats could be welded incorrectly and result in the backrest becoming loose. If the backrest becomes loose this could affect the drivers ability to control the vehicle and the driver and passenger seats may not perform as intended in the event of a collision.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and visually check the backrest frame welding. If the frame is not welded to the correct specification the seat will be changed.
WHEEL MAY FRACTURE
Due to a deviation in the production process the wheel may crack and possibly fracture between the ventilation holes of the rim.
On affected vehciles replace wheels.

BONNET SKIN MAY BECOME INSECURE
The bonnet inner skin may not be adequately retained. This may cause the bonnet to vibrate or distort. In extreme cases the skin could detach.
On affected vehicles apply additional adhesive between the bonnet skin and its inner panel.
INVERTOR CAPACITOR MAY NOT BE SECURE
The hybrid system of the subject vehicles includes an inverter assembly which contains a capacitor that may not have been properly bolted to the inverter housing. In this condition the terminal of the capacitor could be damaged by vibration during normal vehicle operation.
On affected vehicles replace the invertor assembly
REAR DOOR MAY MALFUNCTION
The rear door leaf may not react to command from the driver's manual control. It may also disable the sensitive edge of the door and a body could become trapped.
On affected vehicles update the software with a revised version to enure the driver's control and door sensitive edge work on demand.
THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE (EV) FUSE MAY MALFUNCTION
The Electric Vehicle (EV) fuse which may malfunction if the vehicle isrepeatedly operated by the electric motor under high-load driving conditions such as during a long hill climb. If the fuse malfunctions warning lights and warning messages will illuminate. In some cases the vehicle can be driven but with reduced power. In other cases the hybrid system could shut down resulting in the loss of motive power.
On affected vehicles replace the fuse.

EGR PIPE COULD FRACTURE DUE TO A POTENTIAL NON-CONFORMITY
The EGR pipe could fracture due to a potential non-conformity the fractured pipe may damage the alternator resulting in a loss of battery voltage and potentially a loss of engine power.
The pipe must be checked and if incorrect replaced with a new part.
