Urus SE high-pressure fuel pump
On affected vehicles the high-pressure fuel pump may not have been properly fastened to the cylinder head during assembly. If the sealing connection is not secure fuel can escape under high pressure resulting in a sudden and substantial fuel leak
Check the screw connections of the high-pressure fuel pump. If necessary replace the high-pressure fuel pump and fuel lines.
ABS control unit
On affected vehicles there is a possibility of a loss of braking assistance caused by a fault with the electromechanical brake servo.
Update the software for the electromechanical brake servo control unit.
Townstar Van (XFK) Back Door hinge Pin
For affected vehicles the back door hinge pins may have been incorrectly assembled during production. In this condition the back door hinge pin may be missing.
Carry out an inspection of the rear door hinges and replace if found to be defective.
Citroen Relay Wrong Proxy Configuration.
Affected vehicles may have an incorrect speed limitation value displayed on the instrument cluster due to a wrong configuration.
Update the configuration in the body control module.
Vauxhall Movano Wrong Proxy Configuration6
Affected vehicles may have an incorrect speed limitation value displayed on the instrument cluster due to a wrong configuration.
Update the configuration in the body control module.
Peugeot Boxer Wrong Proxy Configuration
Affected vehicles may have an incorrect speed limitation value displayed on the instrument cluster due to a wrong configuration.
Update the configuration in the body control module.
LPL-EGR Pipe Recall (NRMM engine)
For certain non-road mobile machinery (NRMM) a crack in the corrugated section of the LPL-EGR pipe of the engine may occur.
Replace the affected EGR pipe with a quality assured part.
VASP (Volvo Active Safety Platform) software update
Affected vehicles instrument clusters may not show the correct values regarding the Driver Support Systems.
Affected vehicles will have their software updated.
MY21-25 Sportster S Upper Triple Clamp
For certain machines the upper triple clamp may fracture under extreme loading conditions leading to loss of control.
Replacement of the upper triple clamp
CR300 Replacement of rear wheel shaft
The rear wheel shaft may lose its structural integrity and in extreme cases a crack may form which could lead to its complete failure.
Replacement if the rear wheel shaft and eccentric hub ball bearing (right side). To find the nearest authorised Ducati dealer use the dealer locator. www.ducati.com Ducati UK tel 08456 718500
Interstar (XDD/XDE) Steering Rack
For affected vehicles there is an issue involving the steering gear for where damage or cracking cannot be ruled out. The consequences are that loss of assistance or in some cases loss of control.
Replacement of the steering rack and supporting components.
25S61 – Kuga – Cylinder head replacement
On affected vehicles the cylinder head may have loose ball plugs. This condition may result in a rapid oil leak if a ball plug comes out of the cylinder head.
Replace the cylinder head.
VASP (Volvo Active Safety Platform) software update
Affected vehicles instrument clusters may not show the correct values regarding the Driver Support Systems.
Affected vehicles will have their software updated.
SRL250829 – Replace front axle springs – 2BLAFEVA
As part of our continuous quality monitoring we have found that the leaf springs of the front axle could break on Actros 963 vehicles. The cause of the breakage may be edge corrosion due to insufficient descaling or surface defects during the rolling process. Each of the two fault profiles can cause a fracture independently of the other. The defective part analysis indicates that edge corrosion may result from scale residues not fully removed during the supplier's production run. Additionally the fault profile reveals that surface defects occurring during the rolling process—specifically near the edge—coincide with the initiation of breakage which is attributed to system malfunctions at the supplier's end. The progressive edge corrosion or the surface defects from the rolling process can lead to material fatigue in the affected area. Failure of the component or breakage at the heavily stressed points of the lower leaf spring could be the consequence. Partial component loss during driving operation cannot be ruled out. The size of a potentially lost leaf spring part depends on the individual fracture pattern. This can increase the risk of an accident.
In the scope of the recall campaign both leaf springs of the front axle must be replaced on the potentially affected vehicles as a precautionary measure.
Risk of parking brake actuator failing
For certain vehicles a concern involving the electric traction reducer parking brake mechanism actuator or gearbox engagement actuator within the transmission may result in the parking brake mechanism actuator no longer correctly positioning the locking pawl in the “P lock”.
Replacement of the electric traction reducer parking brake mechanism actuator or gearbox Engagement Actuator.

Update the vehicle software to the latest level.
Vauxhall Grandland X PHEV Traction Battery
Affected vehicles may have a fault in the High Voltage Battery which could potentially lead to it overheating and in the worst case a battery or vehicle fire. Customers are advised to stop any plug-in charging and eSave charging until the vehicle is reworked.
Update the battery management software or replace the High Voltage Battery if necessary.
