Seat Belt Rear Outer Seats
On affected vehicles either one or both of the outer most rear seats may not have been manufactured correctly and the sensitivity sensor may be deformed. If the sensor is not functioning correctly there is a risk the seat belt may not operate as intended.
On affected vehicles the affected seatbelts will be checked and replaced.
Jeep Avenger BEV. Emissions recall eVCU (vehicle control unit) software update.
A number of Jeep Avenger BEV vehicles may not comply with emissions test requirements conducted by the relevant authorities. This may lead to a non-compliance of regulatory requirements.
The repair is the Jeep dealer will update the eVCU (electric vehicle control unit) with the latest software to permanently rectify the issue. Jeep ref: 17C.
2009 Dodge Durango Driver airbag inflator
On affected vehicles the driver’s airbag inflator housing may rupture due to excessive internal pressure during normal airbag deployment events. An inflator rupture during airbag deployment events could result in metal fragments striking and potentially seriously injuring the vehicle occupant(s).
Replace the drivers airbag.

25C46 - Transit Courier - Body Control Module software update
Affected vehicles may experience a delay in the activation of their automatic dipped-beam headlamps when ambient light drops for example when entering a tunnel due to incorrect Body Control Module (BCM) software
Update the BCM software.
Qashqai (J12) Fuel Pipe
For affected vehicles it has been identified that there is potential for movement between the fuel pipe and its retaining clip within the engine bay this movement can potentially lead to wear on the fuel pipe. In an extreme situation this may cause a hole in the fuel pipe resulting in a potential fuel leak.
Carry out an inspection of the fuel pipe and If identified wear is within limits apply protective Grommet to fuel tube. If wear is judged to be outside acceptable limits or a fuel leak from the fuel pipe is identified replace the fuel pipe.
Electric Heater Replacement
For affected vehicles there is a possibility that the electric heater could fail when exposed to stress over time causing heater operation to become inoperative.
Replacement of the heater sub assembly.
CUPRA Roof Box
Affected roof boxes could be fitted with defective plastic covers on the locking mechanism which may lead to damage to the roof box itself and to the vehicle. In extreme cases the lid of the roof box can detach and fly off.
Replace defective roof boxes.
25C40 – Transit M2 Bus – Software Update
On affected vehicles information on safety instructions (location of emergency exits fire extinguishers and emergency hammers) is missing in the SYNC information screen.
Update the SYNC system software to add the necessary information and diagrams.
Loss of Reverse Light Recall
On affected vehicles one or both reverse lamps may fail to switch on when the driver selects reverse gear due to a loss of continuity in the rear lamp circuit.
Inspect rear lamp housing and wiring harness and repair or replace the defective components as necessary.
25S98 Ranger - Rear Brake Caliper Anchor Bolts Torque Inspection
On affected vehicles the correct tightening torque was not reached on some of the rear brake caliper anchor bolts during manufacturing. If one or both caliper mounting bolts are missing or fail the caliper may become dislodged from the axle and interfere with the wheel assembly and surrounding components.
Inspect both rear brake calipers and replace any parts if necessary.
Faulty rear brake discs concern on certain Toyota Proace
Certain vehicles may have been fitted with rear brake discs that do not meet design specifications due to incorrect machining during the manufacturing process.
Check and replace the rear brake discs if required
The vehicle fixings underneath the passenger front seat may not been fitted with protection caps
The vehicle fixings underneath the passenger front seat may have not been fitted with protection caps.
To rectify this concern protective caps will be installed to the fixings
