SRPC2515 - Short-range sensor front
Mercedes-Benz AG has determined that on certain A-Class (177 platform) C-Class (206 platform) EQA (243 platform) GLA (247 platform) GLC (254 platform) EQE (295 platform) V-Class (447 platform) and G-Class (465 platform) vehicles the circuit board of the front short-range sensor might not meet specifications.
As a remedy Mercedes-Benz AG via its Mercedes-Benz service partners will replace the short-range sensor on the affected vehicles

Measure hardness of bearing bushing on longitudinal frame member for steering gear bearing
As part of our continuous quality monitoring we have found that the bearing bushing of the steering gear on the frame support may tear off on the specified Daimler Truck UNIMOG vehicles of the UHE and FGA models. The cause is the possible use of the wrong steel material during the manufacturing of the bearing bushing at our supplier. The use of the wrong steel material for the bearing bushing could lead to embrittlement of the weld seams and consequently tearing of the bearing bushing.
On the potentially affected vehicles the material quality of the bearing bushings must be checked and the component must be replaced in the event of abnormalities.
MAN Truck – Quality assurance measure - eTGS and eTGX – Chassis mounted High Voltage battery bracket tighten securing bolts to specified torque also check brackets for cracks renew should this be the case.
For affected vehicles the High Voltage Battery retaining brackets may develop cracks due to pre-damage during the assembly process.
A check of the security and condition of the chassis mounted High Voltage Battery bracket’s if cracks are found they will be renewed.
