DUE TO INSUFFICIENT BONDING PLASTIC END BODY TRIM PIECES CAN LOOSEN AT THE FRONT AND REAR
Plastic end Body trim pieces can loosen at the front and rear.
Replace the front and rear plastic end trim pieces and secure with metallic holders.
THE STRENGTH OF THE BRAKE BOOSTER PISTON COULD DEGRADE
On affected vehicles the strength of the brake booster piston could degrade.
Check the brake booster piston serial number and replace if necessary.
IF THE ECALL SYSTEM IS ACTIVATED THE VIN NUMBER MAY NOT BE TRANSMITTED
If the eCall system is activated the VIN number may not be transmitted.
Reset the eCall system so that the VIN number is transmitted accurately when appropriate.
WHEN THE eMMC REACHES ACCUMULATED LIFETIME WEAR THE CUSTOMER MAY EXPERIENCE A BLANK CENTRE DISPLAY
When the eMMC reaches accumulated lifetime wear the customer may experience a blank centre display.
Ensure current software is installed and upgrade the VCM daughterboard to a 64GB Micron eMMC.
THE FUEL TANK MAY NOT HAVE BEEN WELDED PROPERLY AND COULD LEAK FUEL
The fuel tank in the subject vehicles may not have been welded properly and could leak fuel.
Replace the Fuel Tank.
TWO NUTS ON THE BRAKE BOOSTER HAVE BEEN ASSEMBLED WITH INSUFFICIENT TORQUE
Two nuts on the Brake Booster have been assembled with insufficient torque.
Replace the existing two nuts with two locks nuts assembled with the correct torque.
PASSENGER HAND POLES MAY BECOME INSECURE
Passenger hand poles may become insecure.
Fit modified seat consoles hand poles & roof poles.
THE THREAD PITCH OF THE SCREWS DOES NOT MATCH WITH THE THREAD PITCH OF THE BEARING
The thread pitch of the screws do not match with the thread pitch of the bearing housing.
Supply and fit replacement wheel bearing kits.

If an abnormality is registered within the IEB system that might illuminate the malfunction indicator lamp (MIL) on the vehicle cluster braking performance may be reduced.

A nut securing the mHEV battery connection may not be torqued to specification.
Remove the nut and inspect the wiring for signs of damage. Any damaged wiring will be replaced. A new nut will be fitted and torqued to specification in all circumstances.

On affected vehicles some rear inner seat belts may have incorrect stitching on the belt material.
Check seat belts and relace if necessary.

THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT THE CENTRE REAR SEAT BELT MAY BE DAMAGED BY A SHARP EDGE OF THE BRACKET
There is a possibility that the centre rear seat belt may be damaged a sharp edge of the bracket.
Add a protective material to the seat belt anchor bracket.
