A NOZZLE INSIDE THE SUCTION JET PUMP IN THE FUEL TANK MIGHT NOT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED OR FIXED INSIDE THE PUMP ACCORDING TO SPECIFICATIONS
A nozzle inside the suction jet pump in the fuel tank might not have been installed or fixed inside the pump according to specifications.
Conduct a check of the fuel system on the affected vehicles and replace the fuel tank including the suction jet pump if necessary.
POSSIBLE MISSING BEARING BUSH IN THE AREA OF THE STEERING WORM GEAR
Possible missing bearing bush in the area of the steering worm gear.
On all affected vehicles the steering rack must be replaced
THE BOLTED CONNECTION OF THE BRAKE LINE ON THE FRONT RIGHT WHEEL HOUSING MAY NOT HAVE BEEN CORRECTLY TIGHTENED DURING PRODUCTION
The bolted connection of the brake line on the front right wheel housing may not have been correctly tightened during production.
The bolted connection of the brake line must be checked on the front right wheel housing and if necessary retightened.

EXHAUST MOUNTING BRACKET BOLTS MIGHT COME OUT
The rear brake and exhaust bracket may�come into contact with�the road when the rear brake is applied if the securing bolts are to come loose.
To immediately stop riding and provide and fit a reinforced bracket with an extra securing point. Additionally provide a locking nut on the back of the securing bolt to help prevent the bolt coming loose.
THE BOLTS OF THE REAR STABILISER BRACKET MIGHT BECOME LOOSE
The bolts on the rear stabilizer bracket might become loose.�
Inspect the bolts and tighten them to the�specified��torque.�If the bolt(s) are missing new bolts will be�attached.�
THE STEERING ASSIST MAY CAUSE A CLACKING NOISE DURING STEERING OPERATION.
Some steering rack trial parts were reintroduced into the normal production process.
Replace the steering rack with a countermeasure part.
POTENTIAL FAILURE OF THE IGNITION COIL MODULE CAUSING ENGINE STALL AND A NONE START CONDITION
Ignition coils may short circuit and fail.�
Replace all ignition coils. If a misfire DTC is stored replace the front exhaust pipe.�

THE HARNESS MAY BE PINCHED BETWEEN THE PILLION STEP AND THE FRAME BODY
When the pillion step is assembled and the wiring harness is not correctly positioned the harness may be pinched between the pillion step and the frame body or between the luggage box and the frame body.
All potentially affected vehicles will be inspected to confirm any wiring harness damage. Vehicles identified with a damaged wiring harness will receive a new replacement harness. Addition of a band will be applied to prevent reoccurrence.

BELOW 3 DEGREES TEMPERATURE THERE IS LOSS OF THE FRONT WINDSCREEN WIPER FUNCTION WHEN THE VEHICLE STOPS AT 0MPH.
When the outside temperature is below 3�C there is loss of the front windscreen wiper function when the vehicle stops at 0 mph.

THE WIRING HARNESS FOR THE CRANKSHAFT POSITION SENSOR MAY NOT BE SECURED CORRECTLY INTO POSITION
Due to a production error the wiring harness for the crankshaft position sensor may not be secured correctly into position.
The crankshaft position sensor harness securing clip must be pushed into the vacant hole on the engine front cover.
THE SEAT FASTENING TO THE ANCHOR PLATE IS NOT CORRECT TO SPECIFICATION.
The seat fastening to the anchor plate is not correct to specification.�
Replace�the swivel plates onto which the front seats are anchored.�

INCORRECT WEIGHTS ON THE IDENTIFICATION PLATE ON THE PASSENGER SIDE REAR DOOR PILLAR
Incorrect weights on the identification plate located on the rear door pillar on the passenger side which could results in non-conformity with Regulation (EU)( no. 19/2011) and have an impact in terms of road safety as the maximum masses permissible for regulation/circulation should be included in model of the manufacturer�s regulatory plate.
