The retainer for the battery power cable at the electrical distribution central might have been incorrectly assembled.
Inspect the retainer and cable. Where necessary repair the cable and reassemble the retainer.

P-CLIP HOLDING THE STARTER MOTOR CABLE MAY CHAFE THROUGH THE OUTER INSULATION OF THE CABLE AND CAUSE A POSSIBLE SHORT CIRCUIT
P-Clip holding the Starter Motor cable may chafe through the outer insulation of the cable and cause a possible short circuit.
Replace and re-position the P-Clips with new brackets. Replace affected cables as required.
THERE IS A TOO SHORT DISTANCE BETWEEN EXHAUST OUTLET AND THE RIGHT HAND FIRST DRIVEN AXLE BRAKE CHAMBER
There is a too short distance between exhaust outlet and the right-hand first driven axle brake chamber.
A new design and installation of the exhaust end pipe will be implemented.
BOLTS IN THE BATTERY DISCONNECT UNIT ARE NOT TORQUED TO SPECIFICATION
Bolts in the Battery Disconnect Unit (BDU) [a component of the High Voltage (HV) Battery] are not torqued according to specification and a bolt may come loose.
Replace the High Voltage Battery
