DRIVER'S AIRBAG MODULE MAY NOT DEPLOY AS INTENDED
Due to a potential manufacturing defect the gas generator in the drivers airbag module may not deploy as intended. This may reduce the affectivities of the airbag.
On affected vehicles replace the driver's air bag module.

OIL MAY LEAK
It has been established that on some vehicles the hydraulic hose feeding the engine fan may sustain chafing damage due to insufficient clamping which may over time result in severe oil leakage.
On affected vehicle Inspect the hydraulic hose for damage and replace if necessary. Secure pipe with a new type of clamp and align the frame bracket according to manufacturer's instruction.
OIL MAY LEAK
Oil may leak as a result of incorrect sealing rings (O-rings) which have been fitted on the oil pipes connected to the filter housing and cooling duct. Oil may pool when the engine is running and the vehicle is at a standstill endangering other road users.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace both oil pipes with new ones (delivered complete with new sealing rings).
SHORT-CIRCUIT MAY OCCUR / RISK OF FIRE
The pre-heater power cable after time may exhibit chafing damages caused by movement over the support bracket on which the cable is attached. If the insulation is worn through this may result in short-circuit and if all the indicators are ignored the worst case scenario is fire.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and inspect the power cable to pre-heater to ensure there is no damage or contact with any abrasive surfaces or edges. The cable should be replaced if there is significant damage. Correct clamping by adding a rubber spacer at each of the two concerned clamping points according to instruction below. Also add a 7 mm spacer washer under the existing cable tie at the pre-heater relay box.
DURING CAB TILT CAB COULD FALL WITHOUT ANY DAMPING
There is a potential risk of an internal oil leakage in the cab tilt cylinder. As a consequence during cab tilt the cab could fall when over top dead centre without any damping .
On affected vehicles replace reservoir filler plug. Inspect tilt ram and cylinder and where necessary replace.
RISK OF FIRE
Due to exposure of water and dirt intrusion in the engine compartment the alternators may fail prematurely due to seized bearings. In the worst case an alternator could overheat causing an engine compartment fire.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and if the mileage is over 60000km replace both alternators and drive belt. All vehicles are to have existing protection shields replaced with new improved versions.
VEHICLE MAY MOVE FORWARDS UNINTENTIONALLY
It is possible that a hybrid bus standing still with the diesel engine running on idle could suddenly move by itself. An incorrect accelerator pedal system can provide the gearbox with a corrupt acceleration request signal. The gearbox can change clutch status from disengaged to engaged which results in sudden vehicle movement if the vehicle is left in gear with the handbrake off.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and update the I-shift gearbox software.
STALLING AND LOSS OF STEERING POWER ASSISTANCE
Involved vehicles may have a software issue which could cause the engine to momentarily cut-out and restart while driving. This could also cause disturbances in some electrical systems such as shut down of the instrument cluster infotainment system and loss of power steering assistance.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and upgrade the software of the control units.
