VSM software missing AEB telltale in case of blind camera.
On certain Vauxhall Astra L vehicles the Automatic Emergency Braking Assist telltale fails to illuminate if the front camera is blocked. No AEB warning telltale meaning no warning light appears in the instrument cluster. An additional pop-up appears for around 10 seconds at each key on/key off (Driving Assistance Sensor Blind: clean sensor see User Manual). The Automatic Emergency Braking system is operating in a degraded mode but remains functional due to radar support.
To rectify this issue we will update the Vehicle System Management software
Vauxhall Fuel Pipe
On affected vehicles there there may be loose connections between a high-pressure fuel pipe and the engine fuel rail which potentially could lead to a leak and risk of fire.
Retighten the affected connections.
Vauxhall DV5R Engines Camshaft Chain.
Vehicles may be affected by premature wearing of the camshaft drive chain leading to abnormal noise or to a breakage of the chain in the worst case.
Update the software to improve oil pressure and reduce wear. Check the engine noise and replace the chain if required. If no problem found change the oil to one with higher viscosity and special anti-wear additives.
Vauxhall Astra Grandland Fuel pipe leakage
Affected vehicles may face potential leakage of the under-bonnet fuel pipe due to a weakness of its crimping.
Change the fuel pipe.

Vauxhall Astra L E-call not working due to duplicate IMEI
On affected vehicles equipped with E-call the device may not function when trying to connect to E-Call (Emergency Call) and B-Call (Breakdown Call) due to incorrect BSRF (On-board radiocommunication transmitter) configuration and as a result does not comply with regulatory requirements.
Check and replace the Radio frequency connectivity box.
Cross carline Engine software
On affected vehicles below 12500 miles under certain conditions engine emissions may lead to a non-compliance to regulatory requirements.
Check the mileage of the vehicle and update the ECU (Engine Control Unit) calibration on vehicles below 12500 miles.
On affected vehicles the Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) may not be able to be activated. In the worst case this can lead to unintentional self-braking due to premature activation of the Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) without there being anything in front of the vehicle. This is due to a metal sticker stuck in front of the radar module.

Check for the sticker in the radar zone and remove it if necessary.
On affected vehicles due to a potential lack of electric parking brake application when the driver presses the throttle pedal to start driving from a parking position on a slope the vehicle could move in the opposite direction until the driver pushes the brakes and stops the vehicle

EXTERIOR DOOR HANDLES MIGHT STAY OPEN AND THE DOOR WILL NOT BE LOCKED
Exterior door handles might stay open and the door will not be locked.
Check the four door handles and replace them if necessary.
INCORRECT TIGHTENING OF THE REAR WHEEL HUB BOLTS
Noises may come from the rear wheel brake and wheel pinion socket due to incorrect tightening of the rear wheel hub bolts.
Replace the affected rear wheel hub bolts.
THE FRONT SEAT BACK FRAME LOWER CROSS MEMBER STRUCTURE MAY NOT BE WELDED CORRECTLY

A Software Update to the Electronic Brake Control Module.
REDUCTION IN BRAKING POWER WHERE THE BRAKE PEDAL IS APPLIED SLOWLY AND CONSTANTLY
Extended brake pedal travel and a reduction in braking power where the brake pedal is applied slowly and constantly.
Replace numerous brake and clutch hydraulic components.
FRONT BRAKE HOSES INCORRECTLY INSTALLED
On a certain number of Astra K - Model Year 2016-2017 (Only converted UK Police vehicles are affected) the front brake hoses might be incorrectly installed. This can lead to contact with the drive shaft boots finally resulting in failure/leakage.
Vauxhall authorised repairers or Police Workshops are asked to reroute the brake hoses and to inspect the brake hose installation if necessary replace any damaged parts to guarantee accurate functionality of the brakes.
POSSIBLE OIL LEAKAGE FROM TURBO CHARGER OIL FEED PIPE
We would like to make you aware that on a certain number of Astra J GTC Insignia B - Model Year 18 there is the possibility of oil leakage from the turbo charger oil feed pipe. The passenger air bag may not meet the correct specification. In the possible event of a frontal collision front passenger airbag might not deploy as intended.
On affected vehicles replace passenger air bag module.
POSSIBILITY OF VEHICLE FIRE
In the event the radiator cooling fan is blocked there is a risk that an electrical short circuit can occur. This in turn causes damage to the cooling fan module and in the worst case could potentially result in a vehicle fire.
On affected vehicles check for presence of and if necessary remove battery cover. Ensure that the radiator cooling fan is not obstructed or blocked in anyway. Fit new additional wiring harness which will prevent damage to the radiator wiring harness.
