On affected vehicles the Lane Keep Assist tell-tale fails to illuminate if the front camera is blocked meaning no warning light appears in the instrument cluster.

VSM software missing AEB telltale in case of blind camera.
On certain Vauxhall Astra L vehicles the Automatic Emergency Braking Assist telltale fails to illuminate if the front camera is blocked. No AEB warning telltale meaning no warning light appears in the instrument cluster. An additional pop-up appears for around 10 seconds at each key on/key off (Driving Assistance Sensor Blind: clean sensor see User Manual). The Automatic Emergency Braking system is operating in a degraded mode but remains functional due to radar support.
To rectify this issue we will update the Vehicle System Management software

On affected vehicles due to a production nonconformity the water pump may malfunction which may cause a loss of engine power and result in the engine shutting down.

Alternator protection
Affected vehicles may have been assembled with contact or with a reduced clearance between the Gasoline Particulate Filter pipe and the pole protection cap of the 48V Belt Starter Generator. There is a possibility of contact between these components leading to water infiltration and an electrical arch which could trigger a thermal event.
Replace the pole protection cap of the 48V Belt Starter Generator. Check the distance between the Gasoline Particulate Filter pipe and the pole protection cap of the 48V Belt Starter Generator and re‑position or replace the pipe if required.

Affected vehicles may have been fitted with fuel return pipes not according to specification which can lead to a fuel leak.
Check the fuel return pipes and replace if necessary.
Vauxhall Cross carline Fuel Injection common rail
On affected vehicles a non-conformity issue with the fuel injection common rail may lead to a loosening of the nut and a potential fuel leak.
Check the fuel injection common rail and if necessary replace the rail and high-pressure fuel pipes.

Vauxhall Combo (K9) Headlamp Height Level Sensor
Affected vehicles may have the Headlamp Height Level sensor fitted with incorrect orientation causing the Headlamp beam to be aimed too low and does not adjust as it should.
Check the Height Level Sensor for correct assembly and replace if necessary.

On affected vehicles the front left and right control arm ball-joint bracket screws are at risk of fracture which could affect the vehicle's controllability.
Inspect the marking on the left and right front ball-joint bracket and change if necessary.

On affected vehicles there may be an insufficient brake pedal bracket connection due to a missing or incorrectly assembled pin. If the pin falls out the brake pedal will potentially disengage.
Check the brake pedal connection confirm proper assembly and rework it if necessary.
