Inspect and replace the brake tube if necessary

There is a possibility that some seat belt fixation bolts and/or ground cable bolts were not tightened correctly.
Tighten affected bolts to correct torque and replace the ground cable if it is damaged.
PARKING BRAKE SHAFT MAY BE OUTSIDE OF SPECIFICATION
There is a possibility that the parking brake was manufactured with a shaft outside of specification
Inspect and replace the brake calliper if necessary
