Due to incorrect programming the hybrid vehicle ECU can incorrectly determine that the validation signal is erroneous for the shifter position
Reprogram the Hybrid ECU.
ENGINE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE COULD CAUSE THE OIL/VACUUM PUMP TO BECOME DAMAGED
Engine management software could cause the oil/vacuum pump to become damaged.
Reflash the engine control unit (ECU).

The welding of the rear suspension spring holder on the underbody of the vehicle may not be to specification.
Apply additional welding to the spring holder.

Replacement of the timing belt crankshaft gear high pressure fuel pump gear and camshaft gear and add sealing to the timing belt cover.

THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT THE CENTRE REAR SEAT BELT MAY BE DAMAGED BY A SHARP EDGE OF THE BRACKET
There is a possibility that the centre rear seat belt may be damaged a sharp edge of the bracket.
Add a protective material to the seat belt anchor bracket.
SOME REAR INNER SEAT BELTS MAY HAVE INCORRECT STITCHING ON THE BELT MATERIAL
On affected vehicles some rear inner seat belts may have incorrect stitching on the belt material.
Check seat belts and relace if necessary.
A POSSIBILITY THAT A BOLT OF THE BRAKE PEDAL BRACKET MAY NOT HAVE BEEN TORQUED CORRECTLY
A possibility that a bolt of the brake pedal bracket may not have been torqued correctly.
Tighten the bolt of the brake pedal bracket to the appropriate torque.
A POSSIBILITY THAT A BOLT OF THE BRAKE PEDAL BRACKET MAY NOT HAVE BEEN TORQUED CORRECTLY
A possibility that a bolt of the brake pedal bracket may not have been torqued correctly.
Tighten the bolt of the brake pedal bracket to the appropriate torque.
REAR SEAT FRAME MIGHT SLIDE UNINTENTIONALLY IN ACCIDENT
There is a risk that the rear seat rail lock might not function as designed
Inspect and if necessary replace the rear seat frames.
