Rear Brake reservoir cap screw tightening
For affected machines the tightening torque of the screws for fixing the rear brake reservoir tank cap was insufficient. If the motorcycle continues to be used in this condition the screw might be loosened.
Tighten the rear brake reservoir tank cap screws to the specified torque during factory assembly.

Combination Meter Reprogramming or Replacement – Early Notification
On affected vehicles equipped with a combination meter system where various information is displayed (warning and indicator lights vehicle gauges messages etc.) due to improper programming the memory device within the combination meter can deteriorate. If this occurs the monitor will not be displayed after IG-ON and will remain in this state permanently. Driving without speedometer and any warning may result in an increased risk of an accident in certain driving conditions.
For Across (PHEV) models check and install modified software or if necessary replace the combination meter. For Swace models install modified software.

Canister Replacement
On affected vehicles the EVAP Carbon canister should be filled with activated carbon however an air gap may develop on the inside during use which may degrade its performance. There is a risk that fuel evaporation gas will leak into the atmosphere resulting in non-compliance with regulations.
Replace the EVAP Carbon cannister.

Replace the EVAP Carbon cannister.
AN400A Fuel Hose Replacement
On affected vehicles improper installation of the fuel supply hose assembly during production may cause the fuel supply hose to come into contact with the fuel vapor hose assembly. In a worst-case scenario the fuel supply hose can be abraded to the extent that fuel leaks resulting in an increased risk of fire.
Replace the fuel supply hose assembly and fuel vapor hose assembly
Measures Against Loosening of Steering Shaft Nut
Steering wheel fastening insufficient the mounting nut may loosen resulting in an abnormal sound or rattling if the use is continued the fitting may become disengaged in the worst case the steering wheel operation may not be possible.
Check and clean the installation condition of the steering wheel in all vehicles install the steering wheel correctly and tighten the nut to the revised specified torque of 43Nm (before: 33Nm).

Skid control ECU Reprogramming
On affected vehicles when the brake pedal is applied during cornering the driver may temporarily experience a hard brake pedal with reduced braking force causing the brake stopping distance to be more than expected. This may result in an increased risk of a crash.
Install modified software to Skid Control Electronic Control Unit.
GSX1300RRQ(Hayabusa) Front Brake Master Cylinder Replacement Recall Campaign (2ND)
On affected vehicles under certain conditions the front braking system may experience a negative pressure which can lead to an in increase in brake lever play and in a worst-case scenario the lever contacts the throttle grip.
Replace the front brake master cylinder with a modified part.
DL800DE Genuine Rear Tyre Recall
Affected vehicles may have been equipped with a rear tyre that can develop cracking or other deformation of the tyre tread under higher-speed operation conditions. In the worst case under continued use portions of the tire tread may separate from the tyre structure and impact overall motorcycle dynamics.
Replace rear tyre.
DL800DE Genuine Rear Tyre Recall
On affected motorcycles the rear tyre can develop cracking or other deformation of the tyre tread under higher-speed operation conditions. In the worst case under continued use portions of the tyre tread may separate from the tyre structure and impact overall motorcycle dynamics.
Replace the rear tyre
Jimny Fuel Pump Replacement
The fuel feeding impeller may interfere with the fuel pump housing resulting in the fuel pump malfunction
Replace the fuel pump fitted to affected vehicles
Left Rear Brake Pipe Inspection
On affected vehicles there is a possibility that the left rear brake pipe was damaged during the tightening process.
Check the left rear brake pipe and replace if damaged.

Check the left rear brake pipe and replace if damaged.
On affected motorcycles the tightening torque of the flare nuts that fasten the brake pipes to the ABS unit may be insufficient.
On affected motorcycles the tightening torque of the flare nuts that fasten the brake pipes to the ABS unit may be insufficient.
Retighten the ABS unit brake pipe flare nuts to the new torque level then check the brake fluid level and replenish if necessary.
On affected vehicles a current rectifying module that is installed on the circuit board of the DCDC convertor may have been damaged during production and could fail.

Replace the DCDC module.
The fluid passage within the front brake master cylinder body may remain closed with the brake lever released due to improper position of the passage for adjusting the brake fluid pressure. This can lead to excessive brake lever play under certain condition and in the worst case the braking distance may increase.

Replace the front brake master cylinder.
In the plug-in hybrid system when the battery voltage drops due to continued use of EV mode in cold temperatures sudden acceleration may result in insufficient battery charge-discharge control and a lower voltage than expected. This may cause the warning light to come on and the hybrid system to shut down. This could result in a loss of drive and an increased risk of a crash.
