REAR AXLE STUB AXLE CHECK
On affected vehicles the rear stub axle material is not compliant to hardness specification. There is a risk the stub axle could break while driving.
Check the stub axle for cracks and replace if necessary.
EMS/ECM and SOFTWARE ROLLBACK
On affected vehicles there is a risk that the silencer may overheat when performing a regeneration which may result in a thermal event if there is excessive soot accumulated inside it
Install modified software.
UDS Pump. Replace
On affected vehicles there is a possible fault with the UDS Ad Blue pump which might cause it to lose efficiency and lead to the vehicle emissions being non-compliant.
Change the UDS pump for a modified version.
Engine fuel pipe check/replace
On affected vehicles there is risk that a fuel hose may chafe against a wiring harness resulting in fuel leakage onto the engine which might cause smell of fuel inside the cabin excessive fuel consumption and a risk of a thermal event in the engine compartment.
Check fuel hose and replace if necessary and install a retainer.
Possible abrasion wear of the fuel supply pipe
On affected vehicles there is a possibility of abrasive wear of the fuel supply line. This can cause one or several possible effects: Fuel odour in the passenger compartment High fuel consumption Fuel leak in the engine compartment visible under the vehicle Risk of fire.
Check the fuel pipe and replace if required. All affected vehicles will be fitted with a mounting clip to protect the fuel pipe.
REDUCER SUPPORTCHECK/REPLACE
On affected vehicles the electric motor support bracket screws could break allowing the electric motor to fall with risk of rupturing the power steering hydraulic hose resulting in a loss of steering power assistance.
Replacing fixing screws and support where necessary.
Checking the secure mounting of the reducer gearbox.
On affected vehicles there is a potential risk the electrical powertrain may not be secured correctly.
Check and change the electric traction reducer mounting if necessary.
Automatic Front Seat “Easy Access” Function
When the easy access function is used on the front seats they may move and come in to contact with someone in the rear passenger seat possibility causing injury.
As a preventive measure the remedy consists of updating the configuration files of the front seats' computers.

Affected vehicles will not start and the traction battery cannot be recharged.
Check and change the traction battery if required.
