ACCELERATOR CABLE CONCERN.
The accelerator cable may break and cause a sudden loss of engine power.
Recall affected vehicles and fit a modified accelerator cable.
POSSIBLE ENGINE HESITATION.
Engine exhaust gas recirculation pipe may fail and cause the vehicle to hesitate when pulling away.
Recall affected vehicles and replace the exhaust gas recirculation pipe.
OVERHEATING OF IGNITION WIRING CONNECTORS
Quality inspections by the manufacturer have revealed the possibility of a faulty connection between the high tension leads and the ignition coil. The connector could overheat if not replaced.
Recall affected vehicles and replace the ignition harness and ignition coil.
ENGINE MAY CUT OUT
The camshaft sensor may fail and cause the engine to cut out
Affected vehicles are being recalled for replacement of the camshaft sensor.
POSSIBLE FUEL LEAKAGE
Fuel leakage from the fuel pipes and common rail may occur at high pressure.
Affected vehicles are being recalled for replacement of the fuel pipes and rail with quality assured components.
POSSIBILITY OF LOSS OF EFFICIENCY IN BRAKING SYSTEM.
There is a possibility of the fastener attaching the brake caliper to the Stub Axle coming loose on the rear wheels due to a mismatch between the Stub Axle and the fastener. This can adversely affect the performance of the fastener and may lead to a loss of efficiency in the braking system.
Recall affected vehicles and replace original fastener with a modified type and a lock washer to prevent it coming loose.
UNINTENTIONAL DEPLOYMENT OF AIR BAGS AND/OR SEAT BELT PRE-TENSIONERS
A fault within the control unit may cause unintentional deployment of the front air bags and or seat belt pre-tensioners.
Recall affected vehicles and fit a quality assured control unit.
UNINTENTIONAL DEPLOYMENT OF AIR BAGS AND/OR SEAT BELT PRE-TENSIONERS
A fault within the control unit may cause unintentional deployment of the front air bags and/or seat belt pre-tensioners.
Recall affected vehicles and fit a quality assured control unit.
RISK OF RAPID LOSS OF TYRE PRESSURE
There is a possibility of a rapid loss of tyre pressure on Kleber C100 165/70 R14 85 R tyres due to low inner rubber thickness on casing ply cord in tyre shoulder zone. This may affect the vehicle's road holding.
Recall affected vehicle's and replace tyres with quality assured tyre.
POSSIBLE INADVERTENT DEPLOYMENT OF BOTH AIRBAGS
The computer which controls the deployment of the Airbags may be incorrectly programmed. The Airbags may inadvertently deploy.
Recall affected vehicles and change the computer which controls the deployment of the Airbags.
POSSIBILITY OF REDUCTION IN VACUUM SERVO ASSISTANCE
A specific batch of vacuum pumps may have a potential defect (blockage) which may cause a reduction in servo assistance.
Recall affected vehicles and replace vacuum pump.

Recall affected vehicles and replace vacuum pump.
POSSIBILITY OF REDUCTION IN VACUUM SERVO ASSISTANCE
A specific batch of vacuum pumps may have a potential defect (blockage) which may cause a reduction in servo assistance.
Recall affected vehicles and replace vacuum pump.
FAILURE OF ROOF BARS
The roof bars may fail when loaded to the limit of their carrying capacity. Failure could result in loss of luggage.
Affected vehicles are being recalled to have the original roof bars replaced with quality assured examples.
POSSIBLE RESTRICTION IN HYDRAULIC BRAKING SYSTEM
There is a possibility of a restriction in a plastic double pipe union on the brake master cylinder. This could prevent or reduce the operation of the hydraulic braking circuit.
Affected vehicles are being recalled to have the plastic union examined for evidence of any restriction. If a restriction is found the plastic pipe union will be replaced with a quality assured version.

POSSIBLE LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL
Wear in the area of the support bearings may lead to failure of the primary steering shaft and cause loss of directional control.
The affected vehicles are being recalled to have the original shaft replaced with a complete assembly.
POSSIBLE INSECURITY OF CERTAIN BALL JOINTS
The ball joints on the steering track rods and on the suspension rear parallelism adjustment may not be fully secure.
The affected vehicles are being recalled to have the original securing bolts for the components concerned replaced with new examples.
SECURITY OF STEERING UNIVERSAL JOINT
Under certain operating conditions the steering universal joint locking bolt may detach. This would affect directional control of the vehicle.
Recall the affected vehicles for replacement of the steering universal joint.
AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT
On vehicles equipped with both driver and passenger air bags unscheduled illumination of the air bag warning light may occur in conditions of low ambient temperature.
Recall the affected vehicles for the fitment of a modified computer to the air bag system
AIR BAG WARNING LIGHT
On vehicles equipped with both driver and passenger air bags unscheduled illumination of the air bag warning light may occur in conditions of low ambient temperature.
Recall the affected vehicles for the fitment of a modified computer to the air bag system
HOT COOLANT MAY ENTER PASSENGER COMPARTMENT
There is a risk of scalding to occupants of the front seats as a result of hot coolant leaking from the heater matrix into the passenger compartment.
Recall the affected vehicles for inspection of the heater matrix. Where this is found to be of an unmodified design (visually apparent) it will be replaced with a modified unit.
WELDING ON FRONT SUSPENSION LOCATING LUG
The welding on the front suspension arm locating lug may not be to the manufacturers specification.
Recall the affected vehicles and inspect the integrity of the subject welding. Where required the welding will be reworked to comply with the manufacturers specification.
VEHICLE PULLS TO THE LEFT ON FOOTBRAKE APPLICATION
As a result of a quality problem in the manufacture of the front brake discs the vehicle may pull to the left when the footbrake is applied.
Recall the affected vehicles and replace both front brake discs with quality assured examples.
