POTENTIAL LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL.
The rear pneumatic suspension leaves may fail this will result in noise from the suspension and if not rectified may result in loss of directional control.
Recall the affected vehicles for the replacement of the rear pneumatic suspension leaves.
DRIVERS SEAT MAY DETACH
Due to the non-conformity of some welds under situations of extreme braking the driver's seat may detach from the floor fixing.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject welds and fixing lugs re-welded.
RISK OF FIRE
It has been identified that the mounting bolts of the turbo hose mounting flanges may not have been tightened to the correct torque. In this condition oil may leak with the attendant risk of fire.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject bolts tightened to the correct torque.
POSSIBLE LOSS OF STEERING
It has been identified that the securing bolts for the steering column connecting rod may not have been tightened to the correct torque. This can in the worst case result in loss of steering control.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject bolts tightened to the correct torque.
POTENTIAL LOSS OF DIRECTIONAL CONTROL
It has been identified that the possibility exists that the air suspension leaves of the rear axle may fail. This in the worst case can lead to loss of directional control.
Recalled vehicles will have the rear axle air suspension leaves replaced.

Recalled vehicles will have the subject bolts tightened to the correct torque.
RISK OF TYRE FAILURE
Tyres of an incorrect size have been fitted which could result in tyre failure.
Recall the affected vehicles to replace the five tyres the spare wheel carrier mountings and reconfigure the ABS computer.
STEERING CONTROL MAY BE LOST
The steering column mounting nut on the steering rack may become loose which may lead to the column coming out of position and loss of steering control.
Recall affected vehicles to fit a retaining flange for the column mounting nut.
POSSIBLE LOSS OF POWER ASSISTANCE TO THE STEERING
Power assistance to the steering might be lost because of a problem in the software.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to reprogramme the ECU.
POSSIBLE LOSS OF POWER ASSISTANCE TO THE STEERING
Power assistance to the steering might be lost because of a problem in the software.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to reprogramme the ECU.
THE REAR OUTBOARD SEAT BELTS MAY BECOME INEFFECTIVE
The rear outboard seat belt stalks may become less effective as it is possible for the mounting bolt to unscrew.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to apply thread locking compound to the appropriate seat belt stalk fixings.
DRIVERS SEAT MAY NOT LOCK SAFELY
It has been identified that the driver's seat may suffer permanent or intermittent non-locking on it's runners. This can occur when the vehicle is stationary or when being driven..
Recalled vehicles will have a latch fitted to the seat's locking device.
SLIDING FIFTH WHEEL MOVE INADVERTENTLY
It has been identified that the near and offside locking plunger fixing bolts may have been incorrectly located. Should this be the case the fifth wheel would not be correctly locked to the slider frame.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject bolts checked for correct fitment with the fifth wheel being changed if this is not the case.
PARKING BRAKE MAY FAIL
It has been identified that the possibility exists that the handbrake cable intermediate connector may break. Should this occur the handbrake function would be lost.
Recalled vehicles will have the handbrake intermediate connector replaced.
INADEQUATE AIRBAG TRIGGERING IN THE EVENT OF A SIDE IMPACT
It has been identified that there has been a left to right inversion of the side impact sensor wiring which in certain cases may result in inadequate deployment of the airbags in the event of a side impact.
Recalled vehicles will have the airbag ECU replaced.
SEMI TRAILER COULD UNCOUPLE
There is a possibility that the semi trailer may uncouple due to the locking pin in the fifth wheel's control handle being insufficient.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to check the serial number of the fifth wheel and where necessary fit a locking pin kit.

Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to check the serial number of the fifth wheel and where necessary fit a locking pin kit.
NO ISOFIX MOUNTING RINGS AT REAR OF VEHICLE
There is a possibility that there are no Isofix mounting rings at the rear. It is therefore not possible to secure an Isofix child seat in the rear seats nor the luggage net in the boot.
Recall affected vehicles and fit two mounting rings.
OIL MAY LEAK FROM FILTER HOUSING

Recalled vehicles will have the functionality of the oil sprayer ramp and supply valve checked and if necessary replace filter housing.
FRONT HEAD RESTRAINT MAY NOT RETAIN ITS POSITION IN THE EVENT OF AN IMPACT.
It has been identified that the possibility exists that the front seat head restraint components may have been incorrectly welded into position in the seat frame. This in certain cases can cause the sleeve to become loose to the seat frame. This has the potential to prevent the front seat head restraints retaining their position in the event of an impact.
Recalled vehicles will have the fabrication of the two front seat back frames checked. These will be replaced if found to be necessary.
FRONT BRAKE PERFORMANCE MAY BE AFFECTED
It has been identified that the front brake chambers of affected vehicles may have been incorrectly torqued. Should this be the case detachment of the chamber and subsequent loss of braking effort at the affected wheel station may occur.
Recalled vehicles will have the front brake chambers checked for conformity. The chambers will be replaced should any nonconformance be found.
