Steering box and the steering column intermediate shaft
For affected vehicles there is an issue involving the steering gear in the area of the torque sensor for where damage or cracking cannot be ruled out. The consequences are that loss of assistance or in some cases loss of control.

Engine fuel pipe check/replace
On affected vehicles there is risk that a fuel hose may chafe against a wiring harness resulting in fuel leakage onto the engine which might cause smell of fuel inside the cabin excessive fuel consumption and a risk of a thermal event in the engine compartment.
Check fuel hose and replace if necessary and install a retainer.
Possible abrasion wear of the fuel supply pipe
On affected vehicles there is a possibility of abrasive wear of the fuel supply line. This can cause one or several possible effects: Fuel odour in the passenger compartment High fuel consumption Fuel leak in the engine compartment visible under the vehicle Risk of fire.
Check the fuel pipe and replace if required. All affected vehicles will be fitted with a mounting clip to protect the fuel pipe.
REDUCER SUPPORTCHECK/REPLACE
On affected vehicles the electric motor support bracket screws could break allowing the electric motor to fall with risk of rupturing the power steering hydraulic hose resulting in a loss of steering power assistance.
Replacing fixing screws and support where necessary.
Checking the secure mounting of the reducer gearbox.
On affected vehicles there is a potential risk the electrical powertrain may not be secured correctly.
Check and change the electric traction reducer mounting if necessary.
Traction Battery – Check/replace C0346
Affected vehicles will not start and the traction battery cannot be recharged.
Check and change the traction battery if required.
On affected vehicles there is a possible short circuit in the traction battery which may generate a fire hazard.

RISK OF FUEL LEAKAGE AT THE FUEL RAIL FEED PIPE
Risk of fuel leakage due to incorrect machining of the fuel injection bar.
Replace the fuel injection bar.
VEHICLES MAY BE EQUIPED AND FITTED WITH THE INCORRECT REAR RIGHT BRAKE CALIPER
Vehicles may be equipped and fitted with the incorrect rear right brake caliper.
Visual inspection of the rear right brake Caliper to check the ��date of manufacture�� code. Replace the caliper if affected.
VEHICLE MAY BE EQUIPPED AND FITTED WITH THE INCORRECT REAR RIGHT BRAKE CALIPER
Vehicle may be equipped and fitted with the incorrect rear right brake Caliper.
Visual inspection of the rear right brake Caliper to check the ��date of manufacture�� code. Replace the caliper if affected.
FUEL PIPES CHAFFING MIGHT CAUSE ABNORMAL WEAR AND CONSEQUENTLY FUEL LEAKAGES
Fuel pipes chaffing might cause abnormal wear and consequently fuel leakages
Visual inspection adding protection on the fuel pipe replace pipe if applicable.
CONTACT OF THE FUEL SUPPLY HOSE WITH THE CLYNDER HEAD COVER CAUSING HOSE WEAR
Contact of the fuel supply hose with the cylinder head cover causing hose wear.
Carry out a visual inspection of the fuel supply hose and fit a protective sleeve. If necessary replace the fuel supply hose.
RISK OF A FAULT IN THE TRAILER COUPLING SOCKET DUE TO INCORRECT POSITIONING OF THE GROUND WIRE POTENTIALLY CAUSING THE LIGHTS ON THE TRAILER TO NOT FUNCTION
Risk of a fault in the trailer coupling socket due to incorrect positioning of the ground wire potentially causing the lights on the trailer to not function.
Cutting the existing ground wire and creating a mechanical splice for adding a ground wire using a specific realignment kit.
FUEL LEAKAGE OF THE HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP SYSTEM
Possible fuel leakage of the high pressure fuel pump system
Replace the high pressure pump and pipes
THE FIXED SPEED LIMITER IS INOPERATIVE
Due to the incorrect calibration of the injection computer the fixed speed limiter is inoperative.
Re-program the injection computer.
POSSIBLE DEVIATION IN THE TORQUE VALUE ON THE REAR RIGHT SUSPENSION BLADE U BOLT
Possible of deviation in the torque value on the U bolt for the rear right suspension blade
Check and adjust and if necessary replace the rear axle suspension U bolts.
POSSIBLE INSUFFICIENT CLAMPING OF THE RIGHT REAR
Possible insufficient clamping of the Right Rear suspension.
Retighten or replacement the right rear suspension clamps
POWER STEERING WARNING LAMP MAY NOT ILLUMINATE
No warning light on the dashboard should the power steering fail
Re-programme dashboard computer
STEERING COLUMN JOINT MAY NOT BE SECURE
The Steering column may become detached from the rack due to incorrectly tightened bolt.
On affected vehicles check for presence of retaining nut. If present tighten nut to specified torque. If nut is absent replace bolt and screw and tighten to specified torque. THE MANUFACTURER HAS ADVISED NOT TO DRIVE THE VEHICLE
DIESEL FILTER MAY DETACH FROM ITS HOLDER
The strap of the diesel filter may brake causing the diesel filter to disconcert from its holder. Possibility of a noise in the engine compartment and in extreme cases fuel leakage.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and check the diesel filter strap. The filter strap will be replaced if necessary.
SIDE BOARD MAY DETACH
It has been identified that the side board hinges may fail. This could result in the detachment of the side board whilst the vehicle is in motion.
Recall all affected vehicles to install safety reinforcement brackets to the side raves of the body.
POSSIBLE ENGINE FAILURE / RISK OF FIRE
On affected vehicles the turbocharger induction pipe may fail allowing oil to leak. Vehicle users may notice a drop in oil level which should also cause the oil warning lamp to illuminate. This may lead to engine failure and In extreme cases a risk of fire.
On affected vehicles replace the turbocharger oil induction pipe.
