ASB1 Recall campaign - Check wiring harness of the front seats and rework if necessary
For affected vehicles there is a possibility that the wiring harness for the front seats has not been installed in accordance with specifications and the harness may be damaged by seat adjustment over the lifetime of the vehicle.
To prevent this the installation of the affected wiring harness is to be checked and if necessary reworked.
ASA6 - Check the air suspension strut on the front axle and rework if necessary
There is a possibility that a locking ring on the air-spring strut at the front left and right was not fitted according to specifications on the affected vehicles. If this is the case the locking ring on the upper side of the respective spring strut can loosen and air can thus escape from the air spring. As a result the driving characteristics may be impaired which increases the risk of an accident.
The locking ring on the air-spring strut at the front left and right must be checked and reworked depending on the test result
ARB6 recall campaign – Checking HVB cell modules and re-programming BMCe software
A short circuit within the battery modules during the vehicle’s service life cannot be ruled out under certain circumstances which could lead to thermal events and later to a fire in the vehicle.
On the affected vehicles the battery modules must be replaced and the on-board diagnostic software (BMCe control unit) will be installed.
ARB5 Recall Campaign - Replacing cell block module on high-voltage battery.
On affected vehicles production issues may have occurred at the battery cell / module supplier. A short circuit within the battery modules leading to thermal events and fires cannot be ruled out.
Replace the affected battery module on the high-volt battery.
ARB3 – Checking position of rear three-point seat belt and reworking if necessary
On affected vehicles it is possible that the three-point belts of the rear seat belt system were not fitted according to the specifications. If this is the case the restraint function for passengers in the rear left and right seats is not guaranteed in the event of full braking or an accident.
Check routing of the belt straps of the rear three-point belts and correct routing depending on the check result.

ARB0 - Replacing brake hose on the left and right front axle
On affected vehicles brake hoses were installed on the left and right of the front axle that were designed with too small a bending radius. Over time and under certain conditions this can lead to material fatigue and a defect in the brake hose.
Replace the front axle brake hoses.
ARA5 - Checking high-voltage battery and replacing cell block module if necessary
On affected vehicles production issues may have occurred at the battery cell/battery module supplier. If this is the case a short circuit within the battery modules leading to possible thermal events and fires cannot be ruled out.
Replace affected battery modules in the high-volt battery.
ARA4 Recall Campaign - Replacing cell block module on high-voltage battery.
On affected vehicles production issues may have occurred at the battery cell/battery module supplier. If this is the case a short circuit within the battery modules leading to possible thermal events and fires cannot be ruled out.
Replace affected battery modules in the high-volt battery.
APB5 Recall Campaign - Replacing cell block module on high-voltage battery
On affected vehicles a short circuit within the high-voltage battery can occur subsequently causing the vehicle to catch fire.
Replace the high voltage battery
On affected vehicles due to insufficient sealing under certain circumstances liquid can enter the interior of the high-voltage battery.
On affected vehicles due to insufficient sealing under certain circumstances liquid can enter the interior of the high-voltage battery.
Check the battery for leaks and replace if necessary.
On affected vehicles due to a process error in the car body production line it is possible certain welding and other particular connection points were not executed.
On affected vehicles due to a process error in the car body production line it is possible certain welding and other particular connection points were not executed.
Check the connection points on the body and if necessary remedy to specification.
On the affected vehicles there is a possibility that both air-spring struts on the front axle were not manufactured according to specification.
On affected vehicles it is possible both air-spring struts on the front axle were not manufactured correctly. This can cause the retaining ring on top of the strut to dislodge and release the air in the air spring.
Check the struts and replace if necessary.
THE FABRIC PROTECTIVE HOSE OF THE WIRING HARNESS OF THE FRONT SEATS CAN BE DAMAGED WHEN ADJUSTING THE SEAT IN THE LONGITUDINAL DIRECTION
There is a possibility that the fabric protective hose of the wiring harness of the front seats can be damaged when adjusting the seat in the longitudinal direction and subsequently be pulled into the drive spindle of the seat adjustment.
On affected vehicles check the wiring harness of the front seats rework with textile tape and repair if necessary.
