VSM software missing AEB telltale in case of blind camera.
On certain Peugeot vehicles the Automatic Emergency Braking Assist telltale fails to illuminate if the front camera is blocked. No AEB warning telltale meaning no warning light appears in the instrument cluster. An additional pop-up appears for around 10 seconds at each key on/key off (Driving Assistance Sensor Blind: clean sensor see User Manual). The Automatic Emergency Braking system is operating in a degraded mode but remains functional due to radar support.
To rectify this issue we will update the Vehicle System Management software
Peugeot Cross carline Fuel Injection common rail.
On affected vehicles a non-conformity issue with the fuel injection common rail may lead to a loosening of the nut and a potential fuel leak.
Check the fuel injection common rail and if necessary replace the rail and high-pressure fuel pipes.
Emission recall – On Board Diagnostics
Vehicles may be affected by incorrect performance of the On-Board-Diagnostics related to Selective Catalytic Reduction system and/or Diesel Particle Filter. The Malfunction Indicator Light (MIL) may not illuminate in the event of a malfunction and therefore does not comply with emission regulations.
Update the Engine Control Unit software to ensure compliance to regulations.
Peugeot Fuel Pipe
On affected vehicles there there may be loose connections between a high-pressure fuel pipe and the engine fuel rail which potentially could lead to a leak and risk of fire.
Retighten the affected connections.
Peugeot 308 Seat belt fastening
Affected vehicles may have been equipped with seat belt anchors not in line with regulatory requirements.
Reinforce the seatbelt anchorage on the 2nd seat row.
Peugeot DV5R Engines Camshaft Chain.
Vehicles may be affected by premature wearing of the camshaft drive chain leading to abnormal noise or to a breakage of the chain in the worst case.
Update the software to improve oil pressure and reduce wear. Check the engine noise and replace the chain if required. If no problem found change the oil to one with higher viscosity and special anti-wear additives.
Too Low Exhauxt Temperature.
On affected vehicles the exhaust temperature might be too low. This may lead to unrobust environmental performance.
Update the engine software.
Peugeot 308 408 3008 5008 Fuel Pipe Leakage
Affected vehicles may face potential leakage of the under-bonnet fuel pipe due to a weakness of its crimping.
Change the fuel pipe.

Peugeot 308 E-call not working due to duplicate IMEI
On affected vehicles equipped with E-call the device may not function when trying to connect to E-Call (Emergency Call) and B-Call (Breakdown Call) due to incorrect BSRF (On-board radiocommunication transmitter) configuration and as a result does not comply with regulatory requirements.
Check and replace the Radio frequency connectivity box.
Peugeot 308 VIN label wrong rear axle data.
Affected vehicles may have been built with an incorrect rear axle weight value recorded on the Manufacturer VIN Label.
Check Manufacturer VIN Label rear axle weight and replace the label if necessary.
On affected vehicles due to a potential lack of electric parking brake application when the driver presses the throttle pedal to start driving from a parking position on a slope the vehicle could move in the opposite direction until the driver pushes the brakes and stops the vehicle.

Update the MCU (Motor Control Unit) with modified software.
Affected vehicles may have an incorrect torque on several fixation points which could result in reduced control of the vehicle and overheating of electrical connections.
Affected vehicles may have an incorrect torque on several fixation points which could result in reduced control of the vehicle and overheating of electrical connections.
Check and tighten fixings to correct torque.
On the affected vehicles the operation of the brake vacuum pump may be affected by material detaching from the timing belt caused by the ageing of the engine oil.
On the affected vehicles the operation of the brake vacuum pump may be affected by material detaching from the timing belt caused by the ageing of the engine oil.
To rectify this issue a software update will be downloaded which will improve the vacuum diagnosis (in order to warn earlier about the risk of loss or reduction of braking assistance). The timing belt will be checked and if needed replaced with other components of the braking assistance system and the vacuum pump.
