Nv400 X62 AdBlue Dosing Inactive
For affected vehicles the AdBlue Dosing Module may not have been initialised during the production process. In this condition the AdBlue Dosing Module does not trigger AdBlue injection and therefore NOx emissions are not controlled.
The AdBlue dosing control module (ADCM) activation status will be checked. If it is not active the AdBlue Injector will be replaced and the AdBlue Dosing Control Module activated.
Primastar X82 Tyre Configuration
For affected vehicles the tyre size has been incorrectly configured in some of the control units. In this condition the calculation of the vehicle speed for display is made using incorrect data. As a result the vehicle displays a calculated vehicle speed that is 2% lower than the actual speed of the vehicle.
Reconfigure the Body Control Module (BCM) Anti-Lock braking System (ABS) and Front Camera with the correct tyre size.
Interstar (XDD/XDE) Accelerator Pedal
For certain vehicles the end-stop breaking force of the accelerator pedal is lower than the intended technical specification. This may lead to a rupture of the accelerator pedal assembly if the pedal is pressed vigorously.
Replacement of the accelerator pedal assembly.

For certain vehicles the end-stop breaking force of the accelerator pedal is lower than the intended technical specification. This may lead to a rupture of the accelerator pedal assembly if the pedal is pressed vigorously.
Replacement of the accelerator pedal assembly.
Ariya (FE0) Headlamp
For affected vehicles there is concern that the left side headlamp beam may be out of alignment.
The left side head lamp beam will be adjusted according to specification
Qashqai (J12) Fuel Pipe
For affected vehicles it has been identified that there is potential for movement between the fuel pipe and its retaining clip within the engine bay this movement can potentially lead to wear on the fuel pipe. In an extreme situation this may cause a hole in the fuel pipe resulting in a potential fuel leak.
Carry out an inspection of the fuel pipe and If identified wear is within limits apply protective Grommet to fuel tube. If wear is judged to be outside acceptable limits or a fuel leak from the fuel pipe is identified replace the fuel pipe.
Townstar Van (XFK) Rear Door Striker
For affected vehicles there is a risk of head contact with the rear door latch. Due to the sharp edges of the door latch there is a risk of injury when head contact occurs.
Installation of a cover to the striker bar to protect the customer from the sharp edge.
Townstar Van (XFK) Back Door hinge Pin
For affected vehicles the back door hinge pins may have been incorrectly assembled during production. In this condition the back door hinge pin may be missing.
Carry out an inspection of the rear door hinges and replace if found to be defective.
Interstar (XDD/XDE) Steering Rack
For affected vehicles there is an issue involving the steering gear for where damage or cracking cannot be ruled out. The consequences are that loss of assistance or in some cases loss of control.
Replacement of the steering rack and supporting components.
Qashqai (J12) Battery Management System
For affected vehicles due to a software concern the calculated and displayed battery state of charge may rapidly fluctuate.
Reprograming of the battery management system with the latest software.
Juke (F16) Front Seat Belt
On affected vehicles the front seat belt may have been accidentally damaged during the parts preparation for assembly.
The retailers will inspect vehicles as identified as potentially affected and replace any affected seat belt assemblies.
XTRAIL (T33) Adaptive LED Headlight
On affected vehicles the Adaptive LED Headlight (ALH) configuration may be out of specification. In this condition the ALH may not function as intended and alternate between high and low beam mode despite the presence of other vehicles.
Update the adaptive LED headlights (ALH) control module software configuration with revised parameters.
XTRAIL (T33) Intelligent Speed Assistance
For certain vehicles due to incorrect software calibration the Intelligent Speed Assistance may not behave as intended.
Reconfigure the associated control units to address the issue.
NV400 (X62) GEN4 Fuel Pipe
On certain vehicles Fuel Pipe characteristics may be out of specification and may have insufficient clearance between fuel pipe and engine harness.
Check of the fuel inlet pipe replacing if necessary and installing a rigid spacer on the pipe.
NV300 (X82) Airbag
On affected vehicles the airbag side impact sensors may not have been installed during production. Additionally some vehicles may lack the required wire harnesses for connection of the side impact sensors.
Installation of side impact sensors and where required associated cable kits.
Ariya (FE0) Traction Motor
On affected vehicles an oil seal within the traction motor may leak causing a malfunction resulting in the traction motor going into failsafe and traction torque reducing to zero.
Replace the traction motor.
Juke (F16) Qashqai (J12) and Leaf (ZE1) VIN Scan
On affected vehicles the VIN stored in the vehicle system may not match the actual VIN of the vehicle. This may lead to a situation where a vehicle user can see information related to a different vehicle resulting in a data security breach.
Replace the navigation display / control unit and the telematics control unit.

Replace the navigation display / control unit and the telematics control unit.
Juke (F16) Right Hand Rear Door
On affected vehicles the right-hand rear door welds may be out of specification. The door may rattle and a side impact may increase the risk of deformation. In the extreme impact could cause the hinge to fail and the door to open.
Replace the rear right-hand door.
NV400 (X62) M9T Intercooler
The incorrect specification of intercooler has been used for production (Euro6D instead of Euro6E).
The intercooler will receive replacement with a compliant component.
On affected vehicles the capacitive mat for hand on detection may have been damaged during manufacture of the steering wheel. The steering wheel may falsely detect the driver has their hands on the wheel with ProPilot engaged and not give a warning to place hands back on the wheel.
