THE ENGAGEMENT HOOKS OF THE CABLE DUCT OF THE STARTER-GENERATOR WIRING HARNESSMAY NOT BE FULLY LATCHED IN THE BATTERY CASE

Check the fixings of the cable bracket and replace the engagement hooks of the affected cable duct with expanding rivets if required.

NONE OR NOT APPROVED CABLE TIES HAVE BEEN USED FOR ADDITIONAL FASTENING OF THE MAIN WIRING HARNESS
On certain vehicles no or not approved cable ties have been used for additional fastening of the main wiring harness on the cable duct of the starter-generator wiring harness.
Replace the existing cable tie and plug holder with the approved fastening elements or use the approved fastening elements in cases where cable ties have not been used yet.

Tighten the screwing of the high voltage battery module on the affected vehicles according to the respective specification.
THE LOCK WASHER OF THE PIN JOINING THE BRAKE PEDAL TO THE BEARING PEDESTAL COULD COME LOOSE
The lock washer of the pin joining the brake pedal to the bearing pedestal could come loose.
Provide additional securement of the bearing pedestal to the brake pedal by means of fitting an additional retaining ring.
