INCORRECT WARNING LIGHTS MAY BE DISPLAYED
It is possible that due to an internal issue within the ECU of the Tyre Pressure Management System (TPMS) an incorrect warning to the driver could appear on the instrument panel even when there is not an issue with the tyre pressures on the vehicle. This could cause the driver to panic and take avoiding action when it is not required. In extreme circumstances this could cause a safety risk to the occupants of the vehicle.
Recall affected vehicles to check the ECU. If found to be one of the affected components it will be replaced with a new unit.

SEAT BELT WARNING LIGHT MALFUNCTION
The seat belt warning lamp could illuminate even if the seat belts are correctly fastened causing distraction to the driver.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to replace both the front seat belt buckle branches.
REAR SIDE/BRAKE LIGHTS MAY FAIL
Due to a non-conformance with the outer tail light assembly it is possible the rear brake and/or the brake light may not operate. If this happens other drivers will be unaware the vehicle is intending to turn or stop and the rear lights will not be illuminated at night.
Affected vehicles will be recalled to have the tail light assembly checked. Where necessary the outer tail light will be replaced.

REAR WHEELS MAY LOCK UP
internal breakage inside the gearbox may cause the rear wheels to lock up.
Replace gearbox
LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL
The rear tie-rods may not confirm to the correct manufacturing specification. Therefore depending on its usage and the road conditions it is possible that the tie-rod may become damaged and may fail which will result in the loss of control of the vehicle.
Recall the affected vehicles and replace the tie-rods.
SEATBELT WARNING BUZZER MAY NOT SOUND
It has been identified that due to the installation of incorrect software the seatbelt warning buzzer may not sound when the seatbelts are not engaged.
Recalled vehicles will have the current software upgraded.

FRONT SUSPENSION ARM COULD FAIL.
It has been identified that during manufacture an incorrect tightening torque may have been applied to the front suspension ball joint retaining nuts. This can result in the ball joint becoming loose in it's taper and in extreme circumstances an increase in wear may cause the suspension arm to break.
Recalled vehicles will have the subject ball joint retaining nuts checked for correct torque. Should this not be the case both suspension levers and the hub carrier will be changed.

ELECTRONIC STABILITY PROGRAMME MAY BE DISABLED
Due to an anomaly in the ABS/ASR software the Electronic Stability Programme may be disabled. The condition only occurs with the ignition in Key on position and the vehicle battery in a low state of charge
Recall affected vehicles and replace ABS/ASR ECU.
REAR DOOR SAFETY LOCK INSTRUCTIONS IN MANUAL INCORRECT.
Due to a printing error in the Owner's Manual and Quick Reference Guide the operation of the rear door child safety locks is incorrectly detailed. As a consequence the driver may not operate the door child safety locks correctly.
Recalled vehicles will have the information pertaining to the operation of the rear door child safety locks updated.
STEERING RACK SUB-FRAME MAY CRACK
The steering rack sub-frame may develop a crack in the area of the two fixing points nearest the steering column. This could result in the steering rack becoming loose and a reduction of vehicle control. Potential early symptoms noticed by the driver could be vibrations noises and unusual feeling through the steering wheel.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and weld brackets of improved design to the sub-frame.
SHORT CIRCUIT MAY OCCUR ON THE ELECTRICAL DOOR OPENING
Due to a possible manufacturing defect there is a risk that the internal wiring harness of the door handle may short circuit and trigger the electrical door opening switch of the door. This may result in the door opening without intervention although onboard software of the central locking does not allow this situation to occur over 6mph.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace the outside door handles.
POSSIBILITY THAT THE FUEL HOSE MAY SEPARATE
Due to a possible manufacturing defect there is a risk that the fuel hose may separate where the rubber hose joins the metal connector. this may result in fuel leaking into the engine bay with the attendant fire risk.
Recall affected vehicles and replace pipe with modified type
POSSIBILITY THAT STEERING RACK FIXING BOLTS MAY BECOME LOOSE
The possibility exists that steering rack fixing bolts may become loose which may result in impaired steering control
Affected vehicles will be recalled and the subject bolts replaced with quality assured items.
STEERING IDLER ARM FIXING BOLTS MAY LOOSEN
The fixing bolts holding the steering idler arms to the chassis may not conform to specification. This may cause the bolts to loosen and result in a loss of steering control.
Fit quality assured replacement fixing bolts.
POSSIBLE LOSS OF SERVO ASSISTANCE
