SOME OF THE HOT END EXHAUST BRACKET FIXINGS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN FASTENED OR NOT HAVE BEEN FASTENED TO THE CORRECT TORQUE
Some of the hot end exhaust bracket fixings may not have been fastened or not have been fastened to the required torque.
Check for the presence of the exhaust bracket fixings and where necessary install new fixings or tighten existing fixings to the specified torque.
DAMAGED FRONT SEAT BELT PRE TENSIONER TUBE MAY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ON THE SEAT BELT RETRACTOR
Damaged front seat belt pretensioner tube may have been installed on the seat belt retractor.
Inspect the seat belt pretensioner tube for damage and if damage is identified the seat belt retractor will be replaced.
DAMAGED FRONT SEAT BELT PRE TENSIONER TUBE MAY HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ON THE SEAT BELT RETRACTOR
Damaged front seat belt pretensioner tube may have been installed on the seat belt retractor.
Inspect the seat belt pretensioner tube for damage and if damage is identified the seat belt retractor will be replaced.
THE FRONT CRASH SENSOR FIXINGS MAY NOT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED TO THE SPECIFIED TORQUE
The front crash sensor fixings may not have been installed to the specified level of torque.
Check and tighten the front crash sensor fixing to the specified level of torque.
THE UPPER COVER OF THE REAR SPOILER MAY DELAMINATE AND POSSIBLY DETACH FROM THE MAIN BODY OF THE REAR SPOILER
The upper cover of the rear spoiler may delaminate and on rare occasions detach from the main body of the rear spoiler.
Inspect the spoiler assembly and if it has not begun to delaminate a new specification adhesive will be applied. Where the outer surface of the rear spoiler has already detached and has been lost or damaged a new rear spoiler will be installed.
VEHICLES MAY HAVE RECEIVED DURING A REPAIR A REMANUFACTURED STEERING RACK
Vehicles may have received during a repair a remanufactured steering rack where the track rod ends have not been installed correctly.
Inspect the steering rack and repair if required
THE RUBBERISED FUEL RETURN HOSE ASSEMBLY MAY HAVE BEEN INCORRECTLY MANUFACTURED
The rubberised fuel return hose assembly may have been incorrectly manufactured.
Inspect the date code on the fuel return pipe and replace the part if necessary.

The Emergency Locking Retractor (ELR) in the front right hand side seat belt assembly may not function correctly.
Inspect the seat belt assembly and replace if required.
THE SEAT MATERIAL DOES NOT MEET THE BURN RATE REQUIREMENTS OF (UN-ECE) 118
The front seat material does not meet the regulation required burn rate
Replace the seat covering on the front seats.
THE 2ND ROW SEAT BELT ASSEMBLIES MAY CONTAIN A PHYSICAL SEAT BELT RETRACTOR PART WHICH IS OF A DIFFERENT SPECIFICATION TO THAT INTENDED FOR THE DESTINATION MARKET.
The 2nd row seat belt assemblies may contain a physical seatbelt retractor part which is of a different specification to that intended for the destination market.
Replace the 2nd row seat belt assemblies with the correct specification parts.
EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION CROSSOVER PIPE MAY NOT BE TO SPECIFICATION
The Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) crossover pipe may have been manufactured away from specification.
Check and repair the vehicle with a part manufactured to the correct specification.

AN ELECTRICAL OVERLOAD MAY CAUSE A FAILURE OF THE METAL OZIDE SEMICONDUCTOR FIELD EFFECT TRANSISTOR
An electrical overload event in the 48Volt (V) electrical system may cause a failure of the Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor.
The vehicles will be updated with the latest software which mitigates the electrical failure condition.
