Affected vehicles may display incorrect tyre size information on the Certificate of Conformity (CoC).
The CoC must be replaced.
High voltage battery homologation label
On affected vehicles the High Voltage (HV) battery may be missing the homologation label.
Fitment of missing homologation label to HV battery.
Catalyst efficiency
On affected vehicles the tailpipe emission standards are exceeded due to a loss of catalyst CO/NOx conversion efficiency as a result of the catalyst operating at high temperatures.
The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and Transmission Control Module (TCM) software will be updated and a new catalytic converter fitted.
On affected vehicles the rear coil springs may not have been installed correctly which may lead to one or both of them detaching from the vehicle while driving.

The PBU (pressure valve) membrane in the high voltage battery pack may not be sealed due to incomplete ultrasonic welding
On affected vehicles The PBU (pressure valve) membrane in the high voltage battery pack may not be sealed due to incomplete ultrasonic welding. If the battery pack is completely submerged in water (i.e. water fording) water can enter the battery pack which can cause a fire.
Check the QR code on the PBU (pressure valve) to verify the compliance of the 48V battery and replacement of the 48V battery if necessary.

The Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU/ABS) Anti-lock Brake System module may have been built with a Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU/ABS) Anti-lock Brake System module that falsely reads pressure in the primary circuit.
The Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU/ABS) Anti-lock Brake System module may have been built with a Hydraulic Control Unit (HCU/ABS) Anti-lock Brake System module that falsely reads pressure in the primary circuit.
The repair is the installation of new software to the HCU/ABS module.
THE FUEL SUPPLY LINE CONNECTOR MAY CRACK
The fuel supply line connector may crack.
Inspect the date code on the fuel line tag. If the date falls within the specified range replace the line. If the tag is missing replace the line.
THE STATUTORY PLATE LABEL MAYBE MISSING THE WHOLE VEHICLE TYPE APPROVAL NUMBER FOR THE EUROPEAN MARKET
The statutory plate label maybe missing the Whole Vehicle Type Approval (WVTA) number for the European market.
: Replace the statutory plate label with a new statutory plate label containing the WVTA number.
THE ENGINE MAY LOSE ITS ABILITY TO SYNCHRONIZE INJECTOR PULSES AND CAMSHAFT TIMING
The engine may lose its ability to synchronize injector pulses and camshaft timing.
Reprogram the Powertrain Control Module to maintain engine operation if the signal material is lost.
