POSSIBLE DAMAGE TO TYRE DURING ASSEMBLY
The tyres on the affected vehicles may fail as a result of damage sustained when being fitted to the road wheels.
Recall the affected vehicles for replacement of the subject tyres.
DURABILITY OF STEERING REVERSING LEVERS
It has been decided to reinforce the steering linkage reversing levers to enhance long term durability.
Recall the affected vehicles and replace the original steering levers with reinforced examples.
WHEEL NUT SPIGOT WASHERS MAY CRACK.
The integral washer on the wheel retaining nuts may crack at maximum torque. The subject nuts have all been supplied by one of two manufacturers.
All potentially affected vehicles will be recalled. Those identified as having the subject wheel nuts will have the nuts replaced with quality assured versions.
SERVICE BRAKE CONTROL VALVE
The service brake foot control valve may be defective. This could result in the loss of both braking circuits.
Recall the defective vehicles to check the subject valve. Defective valves will be replaced with a new unit.
SERVICE BRAKE CONTROL VALVE
The service brake foot control valve may be defective. This could result in the loss of both braking circuits.

POSSIBLE LEAKAGE OF FUEL
Possible leakage of fuel on the low pressure side of the system.
Recall the affected vehicles examine and rectify any sources of fuel leakage and modify two connections within the system by the fitment of revised connectors.
POSSIBLE INADVERTENT OPERATION OF DRIVERS SEAT
Air suspension driver's seat may inadvertently operate incorrectly positioning the driver in relation to the vehicle controls.
Recall affected vehicles to change the control system on the drivers seat.
POSSIBLE FRACTURE OF AIR TANK MOUNTING BRACKET
The air tank mounting brackets may fracture resulting in insecurity of the air tanks.
Recall the affected vehicles for replacement of the original air tank mounting brackets with modified examples.
POSSIBLE MIS-ASSEMBLY OF STEERING TIE RODS IN RACK ASSEMBLY
It is possible that the lateral tie rod joints may have been incorrectly fitted to the steering rack assembly. This could affect steering control of the vehicle.
Recall the affected vehicles for checking and where necessary replace the steering rack.
POSSIBLE INSECURITY OF STEERING ARM FIXING BOLTS
The bolts securing the steering arms to the stub axles may not have been sufficiently torqued at initial assembly. Should these bolts loosen this could lead to eventual loss of steering control.
Recall the affected vehicles and check the torque of the steering arm fixing bolts. Where this is found to be insufficient the bolts will be inspected and if necessary renewed.
POSSIBLE INCORRECT CONNECTION OF ABS SENSING SYSTEM
On vehicles equipped with ABS the sensor wires may be incorrectly connected. This could result in the sensing system failing to identify which wheel may be locking.
Recall the affected vehicles for inspection of the wiring connections and system function. Any instances of incorrect wiring will be corrected.
