POSSIBILE AIR LOSS FROM BRAKE SYSTEM
There is the possibility of an air loss from the footbrake system due to corrosion in the pressure regulator APU valve (air dryer with four circuit safety valve].
To prevent corrosion in the pressure regulator APU a new rubber diaphragm will be fitted.
ENGINE COLD START SYSTEM WIRING MAY OVERHEAT.
The engine cold start system wiring may overheat resulting in a fire risk.
Modify the cold start system control.
(1) FRONT BRAKE FLEXIBLE HOSES MAY LEAK FLUID (2) COLD START SYSTEM WIRING MAY OVERHEAT
(1) Front brake flexible hoses are not to the specification consequently they may leak hydraulic fluid. (2) Engine cold start system wiring may overheat with a consequential fire risk.
(1) Fit new front brake hoses. (2) Modify the cold start system control.
DRIVERS SEAT RESTRAINT MECHANISM MAY FAIL
The stitching of the driver's seat shock absorber retaining belt may fail allowing unrestrained movement of the seat. This could impair the driver's control of the vehicle.
Fit a retaining belt that complies with the approved specification.
SUSPENSION MOUNTINGS MAY NOT PROVIDE ADEQUATE SUPPORT
The front suspension transverse leaf spring does not comply with specifications causing the rubber support pads to wear prematurely.
Recall affected vehicles and replace transverse spring and rubber support pads.
POWER STEERING PIPE CONCERN.
Power steering flexible return hose may chafe on the engine crankshaft pulley.
Recall affected vehicles and fit a bracket to hold the return hose away from the pulley.
POSSIBLE LOSS OF POWER ASSISTANCE TO BRAKES
The brake vacuum pump body may fracture or the vanes break up causing seizure that results in loss of vacuum assistance for the brake system.
Replace the original vacuum pump with a latest level quality assured unit.
OIL LEAK AND POTENTIAL FIRE HAZARD
The gearbox output shaft oil seal may become damaged by heat from the exhaust catalytic convertor. Gearbox oil leaking past a damaged oil seal may result in a fire hazard.
Recall affected vehicles to fit a heat shield around the catalytic convertor.
POSSIBLE FUEL LEAK
Possible fuel leak from the engine cold start solenoid.
Fit a quality assured replacement cold start solenoid.
POSSIBLE WATER INGRESS ON FRONT BRAKE CYLINDER
The front brake cylinder may have been installed with the chamber breather hole uppermost. This could lead to the ingress of water and subsequent corrosion of the brake cylinder.
Recall affected vehicles and renew all front brake cylinders installed with the breather holes uppermost.
REAR BRAKE CALIPER FASTENERS
The rear brake caliper retaining bolts may have been under torqued.
Recall affected vehicles and check the tightness of the relevant bolts. Renew any bolts found to be under torqued.
TANDEM BRAKE SERVO OPERATION
The hydraulic seals in the tandem brake servo may have been damaged. This could adversely affect the efficiency of the service brake.
Recall affected vehicle range and check/replace the tandem brake servo with a quality assured unit.
REAR BRAKE CALIPER FASTENERS
The rear brake caliper retaining bolts may have been under torqued.
Recall affected vehicles and check the tightness of the relevant bolts. Renew any bolts found to be under torqued.
POSSIBLE IMBALANACE IN BRAKING EFFICIENCY
There is a possibility that a braking imbalance may occur due to the fitment of an incorrect sized brake cylinder.
Recall affected vehicles to check and replace if required a brake cylinder.
POSSIBLE IMBALANACE IN BRAKING EFFICIENCY
There is a possibility that a braking imbalance may occur due to the fitment of an incorrect sized brake cylinder.
Recall affected vehicles to check and replace if required a brake cylinder.
DRIVERS CAB MAY COLLAPSE WHEN TILTED
The drivers cab tilt cylinder support bracket may fail resulting in the cab collapsing when tilted.
Recall affected vehicles and replace the support bracket with a modified type.

The drivers cab tilt cylinder support bracket may fail resulting in the cab collapsing when tilted.
Recall affected vehicles and replace the support bracket with a modified type.
DRIVERS CAB MAY COLLAPSE WHEN TILTED
The drivers cab tilt cylinder support bracket may fail resulting in the cab collapsing when tilted.
Recall affected vehicles and replace the support bracket with a modified type.
REAR WHEELS MAY LOCK
Operation of automatic engine brake switch may cause the rear wheels to lock on unladen vehicles not fitted with ABS.
Recall potentially affected vehicles and remove the automatic engine braking control switch.
POSSIBLE INADVERTENT APPLICATION OF PARKING BRAKE
A steel ball used to seal an aperture in the parking brake control valve may become displaced and could result in inadvertent application of the parking brake.
The affected vehicles are being recalled to be inspected for the make of parking brake valve fitted. A securing clamp will be fitted to all the affected units to prevent displacement of the ball.
LEAKAGE AT REAR AXLE HOSE CONNECTIONS
Some models fitted with pneumatic suspension are equipped with rotatable connectors on the rear axle brake hose connections. These connectors may leak with an adverse effect on braking performance.
Recall the affected vehicles for inspection of the connector type fitted and where necessary revise to non-rotatable connectors

AIR INGRESS INTO BRAKING SYSTEM
In some cases a sealing plug in a connector to the braking system has permitted the ingress of air into the hydraulic fluid during the recuperation stroke.
All affected vehicles are being recalled for replacement of the subject connector.
