POOR PERFORMANCE OF THE FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM
Poor performance of the fuel injection system due to a fuel contamination (not linked with a quality of the fuel itself).
Replacement of the fuel filter cartridge increasing the filtration system and testing the injectors. In case of checks with negative result the electro-injectors will be replaced.
POSSIBLE LACK OF COTTER PIN OR WRONG COTTER PIN ASSEMBLY ON STEERING AXLE
Possible lack of cotter pin on steering axle or possible wrong cotter pin assembly on steering axle.
Check and re-torque the nut and replacement of the cotter pin on the steering track rod.

BRAKES MAY NOT PERFORM AS INTENDED
It has been identified that the Central Brake Unit and Rear Axle Modulator units may not function as intended. This can cause a higher braking retardation or quicker braking than anticipated. This can result in the vehicle stopping quicker that expected.
Recall all affected vehicles to check the production dates of the Central Brake Unit and Rear Axle Modulator units and change the units if found to be within the affected production range.
PARKING BRAKE MAY NOT PERFORM AS INTENDED
On affected vehicles the eyelet connection of the parking brake secondary cable could break. If this happens the parking brake function can be affected
Inspect and where necessary replace cables.
VEHICLE MAY BECOME UNSTABLE
It is possible that under certain conditions the Momentum Stability Regulator (MSR) may not engage if the vehicle is driven too harshly. This could have an adverse affect on the stability of the vehicle and an unexperienced driver may loss control of the vehicle.
Recall all affected vehicle and upload a new version of the software.
LOSS OF CONTROL
Possible fitting of a non-conforming fixing screw on the front axle of vehicles with Mecbal suspension systems. If the non-conforming screws are fitted in the worst case it is possible that the front axle could become insecure and the control of the vehicle lost.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected to carry out checks of fixing screws and replace where necessary.
STEERING BOLTS MAY FOUL OTHER COMPONENTS
It has been identified that the swivel head on the hydraulic operating cylinder for the second steer axle may not have been installed to IVECO's specification. This can cause fouling of other components which may affect the directional control of the vehicle.
Recall all affected vehicles to check and if required reposition the hydraulic operating cylinder swivel head.
BRAKING EFFICIENCY MAY DECREASE
On-going research and quality checks have revealed that vehicles may be affected by possible interference between the brake hoses and the gearbox leading to potential brake hose abrasions and dispersion of brake fluid with decreased braking efficiency.
Vehicles will be inspected and brake hoses checked for damage. The retaining clips will be repositioned and if required brake hoses replaced.
