MCV MY24: VEHICLE WITH IC AEBS STEP1 AND 5G0 PERFORMED
The manufacturer has determined that affected vehicles have both an earlier version and a later more advanced version of the AEBS control software installed. This co-occurrence may result in different information being displayed on the diagnostic dashboard and these differences could be mistakenly interpreted as an error or a failure of the AEBS
Instrument Cluster Software update.
MCV MY24: VEHICLES WITH AEBS IC STEP1 AND IMPROVED ADAS PERFORMANCE
Affected vehicles may have both an earlier version and a later more advanced version of the AEBS control software installed. This co-occurrence may result in different information being displayed on the diagnostic dashboard and these differences could be mistakenly interpreted as an error or a failure of the AEBS.
Software update of all control units involved in the operation of ADAS systems.
Fixation of the steering gearbox on the frame
Affected vehicles may have been built with a fixation of the steering gearbox on the frame which can get loose due to an incorrect tightening torque.
Inspection of the steering gearbox fixation and a potential retightening or a substitution of the steering gearbox including the support and screws.

Inspection of the steering gearbox fixation and a potential retightening or a substitution of the steering gearbox including the support and screws.
INCORRECT TIGHTENING OF THE REAR AXLE SHAFT SCREWS
On affected vehicles the half shaft screws to rear axle may not be properly tightened. The screws could therefore loosen up to a partial or total decoupling of the half-shaft from the rear axle with possible loss of direction and control of the vehicle.
Re-tightening of the screws of the rear axle half shafts to the required value.
ABS CABLE INVERSION ON FRONT AXLE BRAKE CONVERTERS 75E-100E (AOH)
On affected vehicles the Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) connections to the front wheels maybe be inverted this may result in an increased stopping distance and/or reduced vehicle stability control during braking that requires ABS intervention.
Check and reposition ABS cable connectors as required.
POSSIBLE PRESENCE OF INCORRECT BRACKET AND BUFFER ON REAR SUSPENSION
The manufacturer has determined that affected vehicles may have missing or incorrect rear suspension brackets and buffer installed onto the vehicle. This could result in increased roll with a possible loss of control that could result in a roll-over of the vehicle in extreme cases.
The remedial action is to replace the bracket with correct buffer.
The vehicle may potentially be affected by an air leakage from the trailer hose due to detachment of the hose from the trailer hose coupling. If this event occurs it may result in an unexpected brakes activation on the trailer only.
