ENGINE WIRING LOOM MAY TOUCH A BOLT ON THE TRANSMISSION HOUSING
The engine wiring loom may touch a bolt on the transmission housing which could lead to damage to the wiring loom.
Check for enough wiring loom clearance replace the clip and secure harness if not. Any damage to the wiring harness to be repaired as necessary.
THE HIGH VOLTAGE BATTERY CONTROL CHARGER MODULE CONNECTOR MAY BE DAMAGED
The High Voltage Battery Control Charger Module (BCCM) connector may be damaged
An inspection of the BCCM is required to confirm an undamaged connector. If a failed inspection occurs the vehicle must be reworked with a replacement BCCM and charge cable.

Replacing the 15 Amp fuse with a 7.5 Amp fuse to prevent the possibility for the ROWP to overheat.

SUDDEN LOSS OF BRAKE PERFORMANCE
The brake booster diaphragm plate can crack causing the internal membrane to split and leading to sudden loss of brake performance.
Replace the brake booster (servo).
AIRBAG RETENTION SPRINGS MAY NOT LOCK AIRBAG TO STEERING WHEEL
The driver�s airbag retention springs maybe outside of manufacturing specification and may not lock the module to the steering wheel
Install a replacement airbag retention spring.
A DEFECT ON THE POWER DISTRIBUTION BOX PINS MAY POTENTIALLY CAUSE AN INTERMITTENT POOR CONNECTION ON A NUMBER OF TERMINALS
A defect on the Power Distribution Box (PDB) pins may potentially cause an intermittent poor connection on a number of terminals.
