Fiat Professional 2025 Doblo and Scudo. Fuel injection common rail. Fuel leak
On affected vehicles a non-conformity issue with the fuel injection common rail may lead to a loosening of the nut and a potential fuel leak.
Check the fuel injection common rail and if necessary replace the rail and high-pressure fuel pipes.

Engine Control Module calibration Low In-Use Performance-Ratio
On affected vehicles there is a requirement to update the Engine Control Module (ECM) calibration due to a production non-conformity and not fulfilling emission regulatory requirements.

Fiat 600 BEV and MHEV. Brake pedal
On a number of Fiat 600 vehicles due to a production nonconformity there is a requirement to inspect the brake pedal bracket connection and if necessary perform a rework to eliminate any potential risk of brake pedal disengagement In the event of brake pedal failure the Electronic Park Brake located on the centre console can be applied while driving to bring the vehicle to a controlled stop. Additionally when active the Automatic Emergency Braking system will intervene if it detects an imminent collision.
The permanent repair involves the Fiat dealer checking for the presence of the clip confirming correct assembly and reworking it if necessary in accordance with Fiat reference F53D.

On affected vehicles the tyre pressure label may show incorrect or missing information which does not meet regulatory requirements.
Replace the tyre pressure label.
Fiat 500 BEV Panda and Tipo. Instrument panel cluster software
On affected vehicles the Automatic Emergency Brake (AEB) function may remain deactivated in a specific use case. If the customer seeks to reactivate the AEB after previously deactivating it during the same driving cycle (key on/off) it will remain deactivated however the icon on the cluster to alert about deactivation remains off. This does not meet regulatory requirements.

On affected vehicles there is a risk of a fuel leak at the high-pressure fuel pipe and rail connections which in a worst-case could result in a vehicle fire.
Check and tighten high-pressure fuel pipe and rail connections.

On affected vehicles incorrect data has been entered on the registration document and correspondingly the Certificate of Conformity (CoC).
The registration document must be amended and a new CoC issued.

2024 Fiat 600 BEV and MHEV Advanced Driver Assistance Systems Radio software
On affected vehicles equipped with an Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) functionality the AEB/LKA (Active Emergency Brake/Lane Keep Assist) can be deactivated simultaneously. The vehicle does not therefore meet regulatory requirements.
Install updated software over the air (OTA).
Fiat Scudo. Multifunction screen fixings.
On affected vehicles the radio display screen may be incorrectly secured.
Check the fixing of the screen and add any missing fixings.
Fiat 500 BEV High Voltage battery negative pole connection
On affected vehicles the fastening nut may be missing from the negative terminal of the high-voltage battery pack which could result in a loss of torque failure to start the vehicle and in extreme cases it could present a possible fire hazard.
The affected vehicles will have the high-voltage battery replaced.
Fiat Scudo seat fixing
On affected vehicles there may be insufficient fixing on the 1st and/or 2nd row of seats that could potentially allow seat movement in the event of a collision
On the affected vehicles seat fixings will be reworked
Fiat Ducato may have been fitted with the incorrect radio
Affected vehicles may have been fitted with the incorrect radio. The radio fitted does not have rear view camera functionality and therefore may not comply with regulatory requirements.
Replace the radio.
Fiat 600 MHEV and BEV. Front camera
Affected vehicles are fitted with a front camera with an incorrect hardware ID which causes an error code within the car system. Once an error code is set and recorded the camera is always in fault mode whenever it is switched on. This will result in the ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System) remaining inactive. This inactive status is a nonconformity with regulatory requirements.
Replace the front camera.
Fiat 600 Steering gear pinion safety recall
On affected vehicles the steering rack fitted may not conform to specification and result in an increased force to rotate the steering wheel.
On the affected vehicles the steering rack will be replaced

Affected vehicles may have the urea system management menu missing from the instrument panel. This may result in warning messages not being displayed on the instrument panel cluster depending on the urea level. In this condition the vehicle does not comply to emission regulatory requirements.
Check and if necessary install modified software.

Affected vehicles may have been equipped with the incorrect rear springs which can result in impaired driving behaviour when fully loaded or a risk of rear spring detachment in a worst-case scenario when empty.
Replace both rear springs.

Affected vehicles may have been equipped with Engine Control Unit (ECU) software not fulfilling regulation requirements.
Update to the ECU software.
Ground connections
On affected vehicles there could be a loss of certain ground connections for some electrical harnesses which may result in the loss of several vehicle functions.
Check and re-tighten the ground connections.
