A risk of loss of Steering
For certain vehicles there is a risk of rupture of the steering rack when subjected to high mechanical stress which could lead to loss of control and risk of an accident. Customers are requested to immediately stop driving their vehicles.
Replacement of the steering rack.
Risk of parking brake actuator failing
For certain vehicles a concern involving the electric traction reducer parking brake mechanism actuator or gearbox engagement actuator within the transmission may result in the parking brake mechanism actuator no longer correctly positioning the locking pawl in the “P lock”.
Replacement of the electric traction reducer parking brake mechanism actuator or gearbox Engagement Actuator.
Rear stub axle carrier mounting bolts
On affected vehicles due to an insufficient tightening of the rear stub axle carrier mounting bolts at the factory the fatigue resistance of the bolt assembly is reduced.
Replace the rear stub axle carrier mounting bolts and tightening them at the correct torque.
As a preventive measure the technical operation consists of checking the number of the left curtain airbag and if necessary of replacing the one sought identified as non-compliant.
On affected vehicles the left side curtain airbag may not deploy in the event of an impact requiring its activation.
Check the number of the left curtain airbag and if necessary replace the one sought identified as non-compliant.
On the affected vehicle the LPG tank may have been welded incorrectly
On the affected vehicle the LPG tank may have been welded incorrectly.
Replace the LPG tank.
POORLY FITTED FUEL SUPPLY HOSE LEADING TO A POTENTIAL LEAK IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT
Poorly fitted fuel supply hose leading to a potential leak in the engine compartment.
Check the fuel system on all vehicles and replacing the fuel pipe.
A WRONG BRAKE PLATE MAY HAVE BEEN FITTED WHICH COULD AFFECT THE ESP AND VEHICLE CONTROL
On affected vehicles a wrong brake plate may have been fitted which could affect the ESP and vehicle control.
Check brake plate and replace if necessary.
RISK OF THE KEY JAMMING IN THE START POSITION CAUSING POTENTIAL DAMGE TO THE STARTER MOTOR.
There is a possible risk of the ignition switch not disengaging correctly after starting the vehicle resulting in the key jamming in the start position. In rare circumstances this may cause a thermal incident.
Replacement of the ignition switch.

Replacement of the ignition switch.
THE CONTACT BETWEEN THE POSITIVE BATTERY TERMINAL AND THE ALTERNATOR COULD CAUSE AN ELECTRICAL SHORT CIRCUIT
Contact between the positive battery terminal and the alternator could cause an electrical short circuit.
Modify the wiring route and if necessary replace the alternator.
INCORRECT POSITIONING OF THE LOWER STEERING COLUMN MOUNTING BRACKET
Incorrect positioning of the lower steering column mounting bracket with a risk of loosening.
Check and reposition or replace the lower steering column fixing plate as required.
DRIVER'S AIRBAG MAY NOT DEPLOY CORRECTLY DURING AN IMPACT
Drivers air bag may not deploy correctly.
Replace drivers air bag.
DRIVER'S AIRBAG MAY NOT DEPLOY CORRECTLY DURING AN IMPACT
Drivers air bag may not deploy correctly.
Replace drivers air bag.
RISK OF FUEL LEAK
Risk of a diesel fuel leak in the engine bay
Fit a protective clip or replace pipe.
RISK OF FUEL LEAK
Risk of a diesel fuel leak in the engine bay
Fit a protective clip or replace pipe.
TRAILER LIGHTING MAY FAIL
When towing a trailer the lights and/or the LED module mail fail due to incorrect contact between the towing harness and the trailer coupling.
Check affected vehicles for harness reference and replace where necessary.
FRONT WHEEL HUBS MAY CRACK
The front wheel hub may suffer cracking. Drivers may notice abnormal noise and in extreme cases the hub may fail.
On affected vehicles check manufacturing date of the wheel hubs and replace if required.
INCORRECT WIRING IN HORN SYSTEM CAN CAUSE ONE OR MORE SAFETY FAULTS
The flange nut can seize on the thread of the studs in the fuse box which could mean the terminals do not have the correct torque and may be loose. Electrical cables connected to the fuse box might become loose and could cause arcing. This condition could cause for example the horn to stop working airbag/s to deploy in exceptional circumstances fire etc.
Recall the vehicles that are likely to be affected and replace all fuse box cable flange nuts to new correct type nuts and tighten to correct torque.
DRIVERS AIRBAG MAY NOT DEPLOY
It has been identified that due to an internal defect within the drivers air-bag if the SRS system detects an impact/collision which requires deployment of the air-bags then the drivers air-bag may not deploy. Therefore there is a risk of increased injury to the driver.
Recall all affected vehicles to check and if required replace the driver's air-bag with a new unit.

STEERING MAY FAIL
On a small number of vehicles the drive rotor at the ball join on the steering rod may break due to excessive stress.
On affected vehicles check steering rack type and if necessary replace.
